Itsseohannbin was just created bc I love Changbin lol. It was a play off my old handle, itshannjisung (Hann is my name, so Hannji / Hanji and Hann Jisung / Han Jisung was just comical). When I became a Binnie Bias I wanted to do the same thing, so I went with itsseohannbin because a) Channgbin didn't flow or look the same as Hannjisung, and b) HannBin would be our ship name LOL. It just makes sense

okay being real rn

ive had a few hours to sort out everything. and honestly? mark deserves it. mans been giving his all these past ten years. if anyone deserves a break and to rest now its him. mark has been a constant presence in both nct and in our lives and i think its a very bittersweet ending. yes, its sad and yes i will obviously miss him but he tied up all his loose ends, said goodbye to all his members properly, released a solo and had his final concert. i feel like that means that he has thought about this for a while. i dont doubt mark's love for his team, members and his fans and the fact that he chose this means he actually considered every single angle because thats just who he is. i understand feeling sad or even resentful but in the end, it probably was a long time coming and he deserves to put himself first after a decade of just giving.

the way i found out was my friend calling me. she saw the news and was like.. did you hear? and i didn't believe her bc ahahaha april fools so funny. and then i opened twt. and instagram. and saw his letter. a knee jerk reaction was just no. and i suddenly understood why dream was crying during their encore. why mark was so emotional. and then i remembered the shambles twitter was in after that last concert. and i couldnt help but cry. as much as it suddenly hit us, its not an unfair ending. its bittersweet. the same way we grow up, so has he. but atleast this time it was on his own terms. because he had come to this conclusion, not because he was forced to. im happy for him, he deserves to find his own happiness after sacrificing his youth for ours :( mark's letter sounded alot like he was leaving the idol industry for good and that's completely okay and valid.

to my mark lee :((( the one who i was always most alike to even though i biased haechan. the one who was chenle's standard of a 'good person'. im proud of you. you chose yourself and it mustve been such a difficult decision. but im glad you made it. live your life, chase your goals. im sure you'll still do music since its such a huge part of you. thank you for these years of happiness even if you must've gone through so much. you leaving doesn't erase anything. it doesn't lessen the amount of love you have for nct or how much you poured out into your work. it certainly doesn't lessen the love any of us, members and fans included have for you :( i hope you become a girl dad markie, whenever you do :( i hope you have a family the way youve wished for so long. i will miss you, of course i will. but echoing jisungie's words, letting you go is also a form of love. im just grateful i had the chance to know the person that is mark lee. you've inspired me to no end and you'll always be a huge part of my teen years :(

im not sure if ill stop posting mark or just in general. i might not be consistent but if i feel like writing something, i will. ill just post it here. but im not promising weekly updates or anything. im also not taking off mark from my masterlists. he's forever a part of nct. mark leaving was really the end of my teens :( it shows how everything ends and all you can do now is just treasure the memories you made together. nct quickly became my ult group and mark and donghyuck were always the two that took up a larger place in my heart. that won't change.
