Tbh I wish I had a better answer for this but it really is a different experience for everyone. There's nothing saying I'm more "experienced" then you cause it's not really a thing that I personally practice or "act" as- it's just who I am. That's definitely the most important thing to understand that exploring your femininity or whatever isn't just a costume you put on, it's just another complexity of being a human being and another part of you as a person. Understanding that is definitely the key to improving self worth and how you view yourself as people are many sided- even moreso than they might think. That probably made no sense cause I'm bad at explaining things but yea
