Working-Out
Week 3
I promised for content and here it is; three weeks of commitment where I made sure reached you.
It did begin slow. The first week was more of a stubborn hallway of never ending questions and the biggest question was, "will I really have results?" No one day is permanent, well for a situation like so, you must remind yourself that nothing is permanent. Change was in the horizon.
The second week began with curiosity on education. Yes the workouts were being met, but how can a person increase the body's chances on gaining muscle mass? Its all in the diet if you insist.
Long story short, research has been made on the best possible weight to gain for a cleaner muscle build. That is a fascinating 2lbs. More pounds can be gained although most of it is stored above the muscles or also the yellow color thing in posters (fat). .
I then began to understand that this, is the ultimatum. Work along the body and see transformation in a year, or not.
WELL, until I make a decision, I am swag swag set on these workouts.
Week three was where the results where seen ever so lightly. Progress is when research, calculations, and application delivers results. If you have a apple phone, then you may just need any person before results???????
Aaand you made it, thank you for reading. I have done three weeks so far, with added motivation. Workout sessions and daily logs will continue so stay tuned for more.
