Hi! So i am struggling with my weight like crazy and nothing seems to work for me. I came across your blog and cant find anything on your daily intake but your pictures are very inspiring. I was just wondering what types of foods do you eat? are you veggie? eat lots of carb? What is it because you look great!! Thank you
Hey there! Well it differs but today’s intake and workout included:
Breakfast: Barbara’s bakery high fibre cereal with almond milk and an apple!
Lunch: Mexican style vegetables ( it’s like a casserole thingo my mum makes with sweet potato, tomatoes, corn, spinach and zucchini!)
Dinner: Lentil and Zucchini soup!
Snacks (throughout the day): Chaboni yoghurt, a pear, another apple, some air-popped corn and a quest bar
Workout: 30 mins HIIT on the treadmill and 20 minutes of core and leg activities on the mat
