“Probably,” she bit her lip, grimacing. “You won’t,” she breathed, pressing her forehead against Elle’s. “I’m not going anywhere.” And she meant it, the last thing she wanted to do was leave Nora, or Elle, even if her mind screamed otherwise.
“I-I can feel like the dead has been raised, some sort of sick magic…” she sighed, hands reaching out to hold Elle’s. “You could never be something terrible…” she smiled, “I’m here. I won’t go anywhere, I promise. I’ll do whatever I can for you.”
At Jo’s reassurances she felt a little bit of relief because she believed her when she said she wasn’t going anywhere. “Good... “ Eleanor murmured. She felt very strongly about being left alone, being left without the brunette.
“That-that’s impossible... isn’t it?” There was a fear in those beautiful hazel eyes. I’ll start to-...” She had to swallow hard, a shiver running through her at the mere thought in her mind. “...to decay. Won’t I?” Her lower lip trembled ever so slightly. “That’s what you said before about removing the lifeless body, I remember... I don’t want to decay, Joanne.” She was terrified.
