Ah, pollen season...where there's a lovely 😉 shade of yellow-green on everything & there's no point in cleaning the outdoors until April 😆😬. #ugh, #lifeinthesouth

Because a 5:30am wake-up time makes 11:15am lunch not such a bad thing. *and of course there's sewing to be done so it's a quick lunch, eaten between trips to the sewing machine & iron 😆* #onmycrafttable, #mustkeepbusy, #honestcraftroom

Sometimes the plans & ideas I have in the morning don't turn out to be what I end up doing in the evenings 😆😳. *found a quicker project that still fills my Death Star need & will save the other for when I have more time* #planschange, #isewandquilt

Rainbow order fruit kebobs for the 5th grade March birthday celebrations...because I can never do simple 😆😉.

It really is a good feeling to have people compliment your work 😊. I attended my first (splinter group) quilt guild meeting today & was very warmly welcomed & encouraged to come back & all the ladies loved my "show & tell" items. *they were especially taken with the #minisewtogetherbag 😊* {I missed the main guild meeting last week, but plan on attending the April meeting.}

Because 5 days is plenty of time to make an anniversary gift that's (mostly) hand pieced 😳😆! *fabrics are pulled, so at least that's a start 😉* #patchworkdeathstar, #isewandquilt

Not sure who originally came up with this idea, or who posted about it previously...but, this is one of the best tips/tricks I have seen on IG 😊. *and anything that saves me time is good in my book 😉*

Getting back to work on my #drunkardswifeqal quilt. I changed my mind about the layout & size, so I'm unpicking all the quilt-as-you blocks, luckily I hadn't finished too many of them. Block 12 to finish today & then I just have to wait for the fabric & batting I ordered yesterday to arrive 😊. #isewandquilt, #myseamripperismybestfriend 😆

Rearranged the rainbow mini wall & hung up my newest mini & did a bit of online shopping as well...all while the dryer & dishwasher did their things 😆. #notsolazylazyday, #onlineshoppingforthewin

So, I could blame my laziness on daylight savings or on the double dose of NyQuil I took late last night...but no, Sunday's are just our lazy days 😆. And I'm gonna enjoy a little more couch time before I get laundry & dishes done so it's not a completely lazy, do nothing day. #lifewithcats
