It’s possible to swim miles across the sea to meet the land of your destination. It is hard to locate the direction of your desire though with such violent waves aiming to pull you under.

But who knows, maybe a kind sea creature will help you swim across, or the stars will guide you to your path. You just need a little hope, stay strong and patient and a little longer. I promise.

Finally done with this piece, jeez, this took longer than a I thought even though it was pretty simple (ahem, we don’t talk about me focusing on other art stuff and forgetting this existed). Honestly I struggled with this one folks, I had a lot of issues trying to decide on stuff, wanted to put pretty oace on Poppy too then I remembered her and her family were broke in this AU so I scratched that idea immediately. I loved the chubby Bliss headcannon Rocky (I honestly don’t know what to call them tbh, this is the shortest nickname I could give other than Rocksibbs) made but I was limited with only the bust up drawing, so I tried to make her cheeks look chubbier and I ultimately covered that with hair, so oh well…

Honestly never had much experience of drawing chubby people so this was a sort of challenge. I did my best. I’ll draw her again anyways with my whole Techno Troll redesign thing coming up for my own personal headcannons.

Anyways, I think I yapped too much, so heres the full drawing and w/ text:

Really messy and I didn’t even do a semi cleanup or anything, but I needed this idea out of my brain immediately after seeing that BENDY IS THE JEALOUS EX THAT HASN’T MOVED ON and not the other way around like the fandom thought.

Also I needed pregnant Cuphead content one way or another.

[SPOILERS FOR THE NEW MOTM UPDATE IF YOU GUYS HAVEN’T SEE IT]

With 4/5 of the Defense Team now gone and leaving ToonTown and it’s residents in more serious danger if any other Blot monster decides to come and make its way near, I have a strong feeling with how Bug’s has been worded to “leave the Defense to him” as the Head of the Department of Technology means we may see more rise of the use of AI and other robots of what not due to the desperation of the situation.

Which would give Bug’s (as shady as he is), more access around the place than he did before, seeing as he probably uses Toodles to spy and infiltrate more information out of Mickey with how similar their eyes are from one another.

Another thing about this is that we may be able to see some old characters like Metal Sonic, Knuckles, Amy and maybe even a Metal Version of Shadow (if the hog isn’t fully dead from what hope Nort and Foy have given us with the mention of vitals). We may also get to see Eggman in this in the way of him being forced to help the Technology Department more and more bots to protect the town, as he was the one who created all the metal versions of the Mobian Hero’s back in the Original Universe.

All in all, I just hope we somehow get to see more cameo and characters with each update Nort and Fly give us

Also if I’m right somehow, I’m gonna feel so bad for Tails and Mario to see Metal Sonic. I need this fuckass family to give me a break, I don’t wanna hear any more of this mourning toons (I’ve already cried twice during the update, let me rest) 😭😭😭

The fact that It’s cannon in the Cuphead show that the milk inside the cupbros heads are also their scleras and will change color depending on whatever else they decide to put in their head; as seen when Captain Brineybeard dumping coffee into Cuphead’s head and drinking from it before realizing he’s actually a toon in the show

Added with the idea that the cupbros can taste and feel, and obtain side effects of whatever drink they put in there through the Casino Cups AU with Cuphead getting drunk one day at work from putting alcohol in his head during a rush and then proceed to be put into the sink by the Tipsy Troop once he passed out.

Now imagine in MOTM where someone is trying to discuss their next plan and they turn to Cuphead, and he’s just staring back with piss-yellow fucked up eyes and just asks:

“What?” Because he’s drunk off his ass because he decided to put beer inside his fucking head once he got it back.

Head-cannon of cup culture!

Okay! Since Cuphead mention “our culture”, it got me thinking about what exactly is cup culture? When Cuphead “died” his clothes are reminiscent of Greek clothes. Maybe cup culture is similar to Greek?

Calix Animi is Latin for cup of the soul

The cup bros speak Latin! I find it funny if they get mad enough they start speaking Latin.

They have strong family bonds (no duh) and they honor the elderly, depending who the elderly is. For example, they would help a sweet old lady or man to cross the street. But if the elderly is rude to others they don’t give respect.

Respect is earned not given

They are able to handle heat better than the normal toon/person because ceramic can handle about 1100-1300 degrees

“Clinking” or bumping their heads with each other to show that they care or trust each other

Showing their souls is shown as intimate for their partners

Polishing is also another intimate form of affection

Breaking a dish on their wedding is shown as good luck and warding off bad spirits

Wedding rings are on their handles instead of their ring finger

A family of cups is called a “armarium” cupboard in Latin (sorry if I got it wrong)

Glaze used for ceramic is another way of tattooing since I would assume that their skin is more harder that normal for a tattoo gun

there are medical kits catered to different toons. for the cup bros/toons made out of porcelain, first aid kits will often come with super strong glue designed to help speed the healing process of cracks. cracked parts of the body are more liable to be broken once they've been damaged, and if all the pieces of a broken part aren't put back together correctly (or they've been lost), then the wound won't heal properly.

making drinks for each other is a very cherished practice! since cup toons also carry their souls in their heads, the gesture is also seen as a great symbol of trust and affection. yknow the phrase: "poured all my love into it"? this is taken quite literally when making a drink for someone.

drinking from another person's straw without permission is seen as very rude. but otherwise, there's no harm in asking your buddy for a sip! so yes, cups and mugs will drink out of their own and each other's heads. it's only weird if you make it weird.

Bendystraw AU where Bendy is part of a famous and prestigious showbiz family and was a aspiring lead performer who wants to escape the fame of being a famous star from his works as a child actor who rose in fame into adulthood. So he decideds to leave his town and move to a much more secluded spot by moving into Inkwell Isles, only to find out Demons aren’t very much socially accepted unlike those back at home as he desperately tries to find a place to stay only to be kicked out, refused entry or screamed at before having the door slammed in his face. So after a long day of trying and trying to find shelter, he just decides to drown his sorrows at the Devil’s Casino; a place he’s heard the locals tell him to ‘go back to and never return’ and finds it to be more fine and accepting than whatever toon says. He decides to stay near the bar and spend whatever rest of his allowance he has on him and just drink till he passed out, but not before he perks up at King Dice — the Casino Manager — on stage, welcoming both ladies and gentlemen for their time here and giving hype for their new performer to take the stage for her very first ever show.

Ms. Cup he hears him announce before the KD vanishes into thin air and the curtains are withdrawled to show a euphoric scene as a small piano plays and his mouth drops as he watches a beautiful young broad turn around and strike a dazzling performance, which captivates Bendy and ties him around the dazzling performers fingers with the voice of an angel. Soon, Bendy keeps coming back again and again just to see the lovely lady perform her songs and shows to the point where the admiration of seeing another performer perform wonders on stage as a former showman, turns into something more of pining on the pansy and wishing to know more on him.

Cuphead on the other hand of the story, was just peer pressured by his coworkers during a bet that he couldn’t woo anyone for the love of him; only for the stubborn Cup to take it as a challenge and just so fortunately, the news of their lead performer for tomorrow quit and the spot was left open, with King Dice and the Devil even offering him a raise he agrees to put on a dress, some makeup and pretend to be a convincing woman by the end of his performance. Cuphead then spent the next few hours readying up and working his way to finally captivate everyone or even anyone while he was on stage to make his end of the bet. Somehow though, he made a huge hit and actually got a lot of patrons and newcomers excited for his next performance (which was not planned), so despite winning the bet, Cuphead immediately gambles it with another bet by doing the gag again and again to the point where he spent almost his whole shift in drag and performances. Though, the problem with this was when Bendy decided to approach him again and again each time in his performances and caused problems scaring some of the tourist away with the fact that he was a demon (which should’ve probably been obvious with the Devil’s name plastered into the Casino). But when the Devil learns of this, he asks Cuphead to spy on the demon since his family has been an old debtor of his. Cuphead is reluctant but complies anyways because he’s curious on what harm a little demon could do; and he learns, a lot.

Especially after said demon becomes his friend when he saved his ass from a few hitmen out to capture him and keep him hostage in exhange for money due to his special magical past. He learns that the ink demon was once a performer from a wealth family, he moved to the Isles to find a much more quiet life, and that he’s technically not a demon from hell, but a toon version of a demon brought to life just like his siblings.

And everything is great for them in the long run, Bendy helps teach Cuphead to perform and Cuphead offers him a bunch of tips and tricks to live on the Isles and even helps him find a place to stay and a job at a tailor to keep a roof over his head and food on his plate at all times. Cuphead gains his very first friend out of his workplace and family and Bendy finds someone who actually cares for him and won’t immediately run the other way with all his flaws.

Only unfortunate thing for Cuphead, is that he thinks Bendy only knows him as Ms. Cup, the dazzling performer, not Cuphead the male waiter at the Devil’s Casino.

Spent half of my time trying to write and plan a Bendystraw oneshot series because of my hyperfixation and I had one of the first few paragraphs with the opening sentence as “having bid their farewells to Dyle” only for the new MOTM update to drop with some…. Interesting choices…

Guess I don’t really have to change it though, since… they’re already bid him farewell.

Imma just sit here now…
