Hunger games fans help!!!

So in my fic I'm writing at the end of each chapter I do a little dabble called History of the Hunger Games, where I write a mostly made up info blurb about parts of the Hunger games, just to flesh out the universe I guess. So far I have:

The arena

The Bloodbath

The career pack

Alliances

Are their any other parts of the Games you'd be interested in learning more about? In the context of me making it up? Or even just hypothetically I am out of ideas and mostly braindead

Ok, so a few days ago I asked this question about whether you'd watch season 2 of Heated Rivalry early if given the chance and sworn to secrecy, and I’m back with a semi-scientific analysis of the results.

First, I did a basic count of all substantive responses (118 total). If you liked/reblogged the post without adding commentary, I didn’t count that as data (sorry, I can't read your mind). From there, I sorted responses into categories and got the following breakdown

Yes: 57

No: 51

Ambiguous/Conditional: 10

After that, I looked specifically at the reasoning people gave for their answers. If someone gave an answer but didn’t really explain why, I removed that response from the second round of analysis and started coding responses into thematic categories. Ultimately, I came up with four:

No because watching it together is the experience (27)

Yes because I want a private, uncontaminated viewing before the discourse starts (13)

No because I am physically incapable of keeping this secret to myself (22)

Yes because I simply need to know / I love being in the know (24)

Was hanging out with my 11 year old cousin who is insane and crazy and also insane and I mentioned Shrek and the FUCKING LOOK she gave me like "??? You watch Kids movies???" like you would think I was 70 years old and I was like well yes at one point I was a ✨KID✨ and I grew up watching shrek and she was like ???What??? And I was like yeah babe the first shrek came out a few years after I was born it's older than my brother and she was like "I thought it came out in like 2011" CHILD WHAT? When did these damn kids get so young?? Honey it was a trilogy by then but also yes I enjoy kids movies I also have you and three young neices I am very up to date on animated movies
