- the body is also disabled, and we sometimes struggle with having the energy to do things like log into tumblr, which may cause us to disappear for a bit. don't worry! we just have a few flare ups from time to time

- other than a dissociative disorder, we have other mental illnesses and neurodivergencies. be patient and use tone indicators please

- we are going through a stressful time and are splitting/finding out about alters/fusing quite often. don't worry if our count goes up and down sometimes

- we also change the name of our system often because we have a few people who are impulsive and most of us are indecisive, but call us by any of our previous names and we'll answer to it!
