YEA happy PRIDE YALL!!! i have a lot going on irl with family health issues, and new employment, so i dont have the time for a sketchbook this year but i am at least participating in the PoP bundle!! theres like 300 pieces of media in this - games, ttrpgs, asset sets for making games/art, poetry, zines, art books (that's what i submitted!) and more. all human made and all from queer creators who could use a boost and enjoy some new eyes on our stuff.  so check it out or share with a friend!! there's the standard 60$ version, and there's also a 'pay what you can' 10$ min version for those of us tight on cash to still enjoy.  hoping the rest of the summer settles down and brings me back with more to share, but happy happy pride!!

back from bama (for now!)

it was harrowing times for a bit there (more on that here) but we finally all got good news - no chemo or radiation is prescribed for my 72yo father! YAY!!  i'll be heading back to help the family out some more once we know when the final date to reverse the ostomy will be. but i am so greatly relieved to know no chemo. having done it myself, it's not something i wish on anyone and never ever wanted for my dad in his senior years. it is a huge weight off my mind to know he won't have to do it. not just the drugs but adjusting to living without a functional immune system! i don't think he could do it!! so i'm really relieved to know he won't have to. did miss having a PC while there, so am trying to rebuild this netbook shell from the era of win7 into something functional. waiting on a replacement motherboard.  other than that, trying very hard to catch up on owed work. being unable to really sit down and get into a state of production the last like month and constantly traveling has really screwed up my savings... but i dont want to ask for more jobs before i complete what i have >.> also had to drop out of two events cuz of this but thats ok thats ok aaaa never the less kitties have their yearly vetting on friday and so it'd be helpful if folks could kick in a lil towards that and save me the worry!! https://ko-fi.com/notfun/goal?g=91 other than that... -i'm working on rebuilding Ask Kyo, the 4th wall mailslot/askblog -practicing CSS w an eye to rebuild my comic site -getting the spring gardening started a busy season ahead of playin catch-up awaits!!
