Because if I didn’t submit this today, I’d be doing something very wrong.

I'm not gonna lie.....it's been tough.
This year my family lost my father. It I'll never be the same without him/
And of course so many terrible things have happened this year, words can not express how much it all hurts.
Not to mention I have my own fair share of regrets. Regrets I know I'll carry with me to my grave.
But because of all that's happened, the Los Angeles Fires, You Know Who being sworn into office again, we need to remember what Dr. King taught us now more than ever.
Hatred is never the answer.
Hope is the answer.
Compassion is the answer.
Love. Is. The Answer.
We are in this together, and I know we'll get through together.
It's what Dr. King would have said, and I know it's what my Dad would have said too.
