☕️ + who do you think lando considers to be his biggest rival, and/or how do you see his approach to rivalry?

i honestly think if you asked him he’d probably say himself. at this point in his career i don’t think he has any specific driver he’s measuring himself against and i think his main goal in any given race weekend is to prove himself wrong. it’s funny because i think the 2025 championship fight was oscar trying to beat lando, max trying to beat mclaren, and lando trying to beat the narratives he had about himself in his head. it’s why lando’s championship story was so compelling to me. it was watching someone overcome self doubt and insecurity to prove themselves wrong, and he did it. now if you asked a verstappie this question they’d say it’s max and i don’t think that’s been true for lando for a long time
