Inspired by a reddit discussion where trans people were voicing their frustration with cis people coming into their spaces, for the sole purpose of offering superficial support to the community and then patting themselves on the back. I know these people usually mean well, but it’s incredibly annoying.

Have you ever gotten like 75% of the way through a project only to realize it was funnier in your head? Anyway here’s a new comic. Loosely inspired by the trend of humans misunderstanding/misusing products for horses.

My barely-helpful-beginners-binding guide. Based on a zine I made for a publishing class in 2016, hence the strange layout and format. The info presented may be a little dated, it is meant to be a fun comic and not an academic source of info.

5+ years post top surgery and I still feel uncomfortable topless in public. I feel like everyone is judging me, when in reality the only one who cares enough to judge is myself. 

Sorry about the inconsistency in the art style of these comics, I’m still getting my bearings and trying to find a style I’m comfortable with.

My Hysto experience. In the defence of the nurse, I could tell she felt really bad afterwards and she and the rest of the hospital staff were amazingly kind during my surgery and recovery.

Happy one year anniversary of this happening to me. I was more flabbergasted than angry, as I hadn’t been referred to as “she” for 5 years at least. And, ya know, I had facial hair and all that.
