Honestly? If you gained weight it means that you had one positive thing happen this horrible year—you’ve been eating good food. As long as you’re not stuck in some sort of binge eating cycle where you’re actually endangering your health, you shouldn’t be worried about getting a bit heavier, especially since for a lot of us exercise options are either nonexistent or very limited.
Idk if this is good.... I've lost weight (was overweight and unhealthy) during the scandemic because I've realized too many people don't even know how their own bodies work, nevermind not listening to your body too. I hope everyone can educate themselves on health and when you are healthy so is your mind. Your gut biome is responsible for a lot of mental health issues and no one is talking about it! Let's be "talented" at being healthy and happy together!
