He nods and hugs back, “The Bus is currently being fixed, Ward is taking Garrett to be locked away with Hand and right now I believe I’m working directly under one of the highest ranking agents in SHIELD now.”

"Yeah, Coulson said he and Hand were in charge. So that means Fury is… Dead? Or what?" Kate only got bits from Coulson.

Natasha regarded him with a small, polite smile and a nod. “I can’t say we’ve met before, have we? I’m Agent Romanoff, and you?”

"Agent Fitz. And no we haven’t." he says, giving a nod back, although he knew who she was. It was the main reason he was trying to keep what he said short. He knew he had a tendency to ramble and while Ward may have been okay with him acting friendly, there was no telling how she may react.

Fitz shakes his head, "No, I've been around for a while, I'm an engineer though. Don't get out in the field much." He explains, although when he was starting to, he doubted she'd have ran across him considering she was suppose to believe his direct supervisor was dead back in Manhattan.
