She didn’t think that she was going to fall, and certainly not that she would draw the attention of the one she was intending to avoid. She slowly lifted herself off the ground and dusted herself off, looking over at the approaching stranger. “A-Ah, I’m fine, thank you. I wasn’t watching where I was going is all.” That was the truth, if not a generalization of it. She was appreciative of the concern, but she wasn’t even sure if they were allowed to be talking. Much less if she needed to be cautious of him finding out she was a girl.

He could only bring himself at first to look at her with a puzzled look on his face. Granted, she wasn’t exactly the weirdest person he’d encountered at headquarters. It didn’t stop him from finding her a little bit weird though. He was also oblivious to the fact the she’s a girl. “I see..”

(So yeah.. I’m back from my out of the blue hiatus)

While Chizuru swept a set of stairs in the compound courtyard, she noticed a blue-haired man in the center who had just finished talking with some of the captains. She hardly remembered seeing him around the compound. Had he always been here? It wasn’t as if she had gotten to explore very much so it was likely that he was. And from the looks of it, he seemed to know some of the captains. Should she go up and introduce herself? She wasn’t sure if that would be a good idea. Just because he knew the captains didn’t mean they wanted her knowing him. As she stared on and contemplated, she misstepped and fell off the deck with a yelp.

Ibuki wasn’t very much of a conversationalist. As usual, he did what he could to at least talk with the captains he was familiar with. Although part of him wanted it to end so he could carry on with other things.

He was distracted to the point that he didn’t notice the fall. However, the sound of a girl’s voice sure caught his attention. As far as he could recall, there usually weren’t girls around there. He turned his head in the direction the sound came from and noticed the brunette.

“Are you alright?” He asked as he approached her.
