GREAT LIGHT PUMPKIN PIE
👩🏻🍳INGREDIENTS: 15 oz pure pumpkin purée 1/3 to 1/2 cup (depending on sweetness level) of brown monk fruit 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice 1/4 tsp salt 1 tsp vanilla extract 2 large eggs 1 cup plain unsweetened almond milk 👩🏻🍳INSTRUCTIONS: ‼️ Comment “PIE” for a link to the full detailed recipe on my blog https://cookingkatielady.com Preheat oven to 375°F and spray a 9-inch pie dish with nonstick spray. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients until fully incorporated. Pour the batter into your prepared pie dish (use a crust if desired). Bake for 30-40 minutes. Cool for 1 hour after removing from oven on the counter then chill in the fridge for at least 3 hours. Macros (per slice (8)): 45 calories 2g fat 5g carbs 2g protein
