This is how most girls react. I just wanna hold it and tell it how cute it is =3
I work in marketing. Not only are they spending money on ads rather than paying employees more, they are cutting hourly employees hours, laying people off, furloughing people, and then forcing the remaining employees to work harder to get extra work done to create the "thank you" ads on top of their regular assignments. It's a real fun time to work in marketing.

I can’t believe I read this post with my own fucking eyes
For ppl who need the source here’s a guardian article
When I worked at Amazon a microwave fell from five layers up in the racking and broke the arm of an order picker.
They were an agency temp so Amazon called the agency to let him go and have another temp sent *before* they called an ambulance, when he tried to put in sick days they turned around and told him “Sorry you’d already been let go before the accident was logged anywhere”
I will kill every ceo
I will help
Please also read this Atlantic article (in partnership with Reveal) about the complete disregard for worker safety inside Amazon warehouses
When people choose not to buy via Amazon, it’s for reasons like this
Consumer action won’t bring down Amazon – I want to be clear about that; this is a regulation problem, not a consumer problem – but if ordering from Amazon makes you feel gross, then I recommend you use Amazon the way Amazon once suggested people use physical book store: Go to their site to identify products you want, find their exact specs, look up the manufacturer, and order direct. Or, if you can’t order direct from the manufacturer, order from another retailer. A lot of them are also evil, but they aren’t as bad as Amazon. (Unless they are Walmart)
