What the heck! As of this reblog, this comic has 21 notes. Apparently a little reblog chain happened, but I don’t really remember noticing. Much higher numbers than my usual 0 or 1. My first taste of success, and I totally missed it!

I just finished listening to The Adventure Zone: Balance for the first time and I’m ugly sobbing and laughing so hard at the same time that I’m choking and coughing. Making a cacophony over here by myself as the cat stares at me upset I’m bothering her nap.

This is such a perfectly beautiful collaborative story. I love them all so much.

In The The Adventure Zone Zone episode following Balance - Magnus mentions how he was feeling pulled in different directions during the 11th Hour time loop, specifically that he didn’t like having to make choices that would hurt people just to move the plot along because he’s so focused on being a protector, but needing to end the time loop to reach the greater goal.

And I really truly love the emotional parallel between that and the Stolen Century - everyone on the ship knowing they’d come back to life despite whatever happened to the new world they visited. Making choices knowing they’d restart, but trying to maintain ethical choices along the way.

'rocky learns to swear in english' is great and all but have we considered the equally hilarious alternative: rocky makes grace a little harmonica so he can use tone indicators in eridian, does not realize how terrible of a mistake this is until it's too late. grace catches onto tone indicators FAST and he is DEVASTATING with their application. grace does not use eridian swears but rocky gets to hear "are we choosing kind words" and "I'm not mad I'm just disappointed" in eridian roughly thirty times per day

I respect the hell out of farmers and I'm glad that's someone's dream. because it's sure not mine

I would not be taken in by the tradwife influencer grift about milking a cow in a sundress. I have been around cows. my uncle was a dairy farmer. I love not milking a cow. I love getting milk from a store. I love getting vegetables and fruit and meat and bread from a store.

would I rather it be a local farm's store or a local bakery or butcher shop? yes! maybe when I make more money!
