And saved searches got released this week!
This wednesday we deployed a new version to openpatentdata.com with a new even more simplified design and the first version of saved searches.
You know, we are still in stealth public beta to let you get an impression on what and how we are working on our project.
And with beginning of this week, we'll send you - as our very valued first ever beta users of opd - short notices of what is new this week in form of th newsletter, you are actually reading now.
These design changes are somehow more the preparations for the very soon comming notifications of changed search results due to newly published patents and the features around sharing a search, sharing a folder and sharing a patent with your fellows.
But for now, there is the possibility to save a search and access and execute a search later again implemented, only for you to check it out.
Since January this is the biggest update with more than 82 unique commits to the code by our designers and developers hard working on the project, addidtionally to the 52 changes two weeks ago and 16 of last week.
Our goal remains the same: to provide everybody a free, simple and beautiful way to search, collect and share Patent Information among peers for the new mobile, smartphone connected world.
We are very happy, that you are a registred user and would be more happy, if you give us your feedback.
Thank you! Arne
PS: we even added a supported browser warning, basically if you are trying to work with an internet explorer and we even added a recover your password function at the login screen, in case you forgot your login.
PPS: opd works best on iOS or Android Smartphones ;)
