on the one hand my life has become hell lately bc of this one cis coworker that's decided she hates my guts and has gotta make every fucking thing an ordeal now, on the other hand i passed a younger trans woman on the street today in my small town and watched her face light right up in front of me

life is so much more miserable than it has any right to be, but i gotta remind myself there's still little bits and pieces of joy out there to be stolen if i look hard enough for them
