Did a Circuit today... stairs and row 1000... this 3x ->>planks 3 of 30secs.. 30 squats (50lb bar) .. 50 leg lifts... I wasn't feeling my best and couldn't do all my squats with the bar. But I did them without weight. I need to drink more water. I am really proud of myself for getting a Saturday workout in 🙌🏻
