Marina was very meticulous as she put on her make-up, more than usual. This was a once in a lifetime event, til death do they part, eternity and beyond. And she'd never been so nervous in her life. She must have put on her eyeliner ten times by now. With a heavy sigh she looked over at Star.

"Why can't we just run away together." She sighed, nervously tapping her fingers on the vanity.

Quill had his arm around his dad's shoulders, laughing and trying to cheer him up. It was the guys wedding day after all. The least he cpuld do was smile.

"Aww come on. You act like this is the first time you've been away from her." He nudged Yondu. "It's only a few hours. Next time you see her she'll be walking down the aisle."

"Do you think they'll get drunk enough to swindle?" Ellie asked, looking over at Rocket as she hovered on her back in the air. "Like maybe at cards or somethin'."

Ellie hummed and floated down, rubbing Rocket behind the ears before picking him up and putting him in her lap. She smiled, nuzzling her boyfriend's fur.

Hiatus Return 9/9/19

My official return from my semi hiatus will be in a few weeks!!! I'll still be working two jobs, but the one allows me to be online while I work. Until then, I will be finishing my 40+ drafts x.x these drafts also include all my starters and from all my sideblogs. Wooo! So I'll be a might bit busy.

Semi Hiatus

So, I had a major breakdown/meltdown at work Sunday. Since then I can't stay awake during the day and it's like my brain is running windows 98. I plan on going to the doctor and seeing if there is something that they can do. Until them, I'm going to try and get all my replies in drafts and get to them as I can.

As my muse comes I'll reply. Since Karo seems to operate using different parts of my/our personality and mind, hopefully he can be more functional. But I think the meltdown hurt both of us. I feel like I was in the middle of transitioning to Karo when it happened, and idk if that made it worse or not.

Any woozle. I'm going to work on some solos and backstory for some of my OCs and AUs. Asks and DMs are open.

I'll also be making graphics (with my watermark) on @bk-aesthetics if anyone has requests.
