Isbjorn

Isbjorn, nicknamed as Jorn by his allies, is a polar bear Eukaryonite from the kingdom of Eukaryona. During peaceful times he was teen in Eukaryona’s school. He would nearly be a representative of the school however the knight known as Tigra who was his age reached that potential. He did not mind it, and still wanted to be a great role model for the youth to look up to until King Cerveras changed his life.

He had been targeted and was infected with the very corruption to force him to serve King Cerveras. He now devotes his allegiance to him. To King Cerveras’ followers, He is the ruler they need,and to ensure others do not destroy their home.

He would follow in the footsteps of Tigra and train under her over time he had developed some feelings with her based on their mutual friendship before their corruption. After King Cerveras constructed a large ship to voyage out of Eukaryona, they sailed and invaded the island where Zebron and the others lived. He was successful in corrupting one of Zebron’s friends known as Wyatt. Around this time Edenia had lost the 10th Mortal kombat tournament, this meant Edenia was merged to Outworld. Then suddenly everyone was displaced and teleported to Outworld after.

It was during this time King Cerveras would die to the ruler Shao Khan forcing King Cerveras Loyalists to flee and remain hidden with Queen Lunara and Dr.Stifle becoming leaders and naming the group of Loyalists as the Claw of Cerveras.

Years later, Isbjorn would have met a strange man known as Song who warned him of a deadly cryomancer hunting him. Isbjorn would then slay the cryomancer and Song gifted Isbjorn a new ability for his service to Song who revealed himself as Shang Tsung. Shang Tsung casted a spell extracting the power from the dead warrior into Isbjorn the power to manipulate and control ice.

Queen Lunara knew of this and used this as a test to ensure Isbjorn would remain loyal. For many years Isbjorn and the Claw of Cerveras would fight in many battles for years with his allies even after Edenia was unmerged. Him and Tigra would grow closer as their bond became more romantic as years passed.

Alas when the dragon king was resurrected she would change. She allied with Asgaarth, Zebron, and his enemies. Tigra wished to save Isbjorn hoping she can save her corrupted lover.

To him, she betrayed him and he’ll ensure to encase her in ice, similar to how she froze his heart with her betrayal.

Notes: Isbjorn is based off Subzero’s mk3 polar bear animality, I was not happy he was replaced with the mammoth in M1K. I just liked the design to much that I had to make him into a character. His name means ice bear in Norse, so his nickname especially when interacting with others is Jorn. The unnamed cryomancer will be revealed eventually once I figure out some ideas for Sub Zero’s lineage because he is my all time favorite in the franchise.

Tyrone

The younger twin brother of Tigra. Compared to his sister he serves his monarchs with undying loyalty and respected the late queen Apalla. He as well had a strong family relationship with the Eukaryona Knight Fortis and welded a combat mace.

King Cerveras took note of his loyalty and wanted to corrupt him so his sister who was at one point questioning the King’s decisions towards his fall to evil to corrupt her as well.

Despite his corruption, he would gladly follow his king and serve him due to how much he honors him. While his sister is more strategic and stealthy with a sense of honor, Tyrone makes up for it in his strength, power, and sense.

He contributed greatly to king Cerveras supporting Lunara, honoring his legacy as he would be part of the claw of Cerveras, and frequently clashed with enemies from the likes of Zebron, his friends, and other groups in Outworld.

He continued to serve Queen Lunara and the Claw of Cerveras for many years until the day everything changed. Following his sister’s freedom from her corruption, he sought great lengths to stop her as she would be gifted mythical blades to purify the corruption.

He is conflicted on wheather to choose his family or continue to follow the claw of Cerveras. He knows with great certainty he and his sister will clash, only then will his decision be made.

With the fated return of King Cerveras from his death, this decision is one he will have to make on his own that will impact the future.

Tigra

A tiger Eukaryonite who was born in the kingdom’s capital Nuclearis, is one of the younger knights alongside her twin brother Tyrone. Tigea’s family were close friends with the knight Fortis who she saw as an Uncle. He even taught her in fighting styles and chose her weapon of choice that suited her, her duel blades.

Both proudly served their rulers King Cerveras and Queen Apalla until the death of their queen. King Cerveras was driven to madness and created a potion to corrupt those who had the carnivorous teeth and DNA , knowing them as the strongest.

Tigra who is the older twin was known for her compassion, loyalty, and fierce nature. All the qualities King Cerveras saw in her that he knew she would be chosen. After a mission King Cerveras gave a meal to her and Tyrone where it contained the potion.

Unfortunately Tigra and her twin brother were corrupted and forced to do King Cerveras’ bidding. They lost all sense of freewill as they attacked their former friends one of which was Zebrak the father of Zebron. This was the first time a friend of Zebron betrayed him even if it was not intended.

She spent the years proudly serving King Cerveras and the new queen Lunara. It continued further even beyond the days of Edenia’s fall, where she still served her king.

After King Cerveras’ death by Shao Khan she gladly served Lunara and became a strong member of the Claw of Cerveras as a tracker Assassin. She would train many of the group members such as Gazira and Niflar in fighting styles. her group had been successful in gaining new allies with many; she even befriends the Shokan known as Kintaro in secret.

Both Zebron and Tigra would continuously cross paths with each other with her taunting Zebron about his father’s death. Zebron would as well grow stronger in battle no longer that scared child he once was but a brave warrior. She also clashed with the Amazonian warrior known as Zara based on Zara and her sisters feuding with the Claw of Cerveras.

This further continued even after Edenia was freed with Tigra leading her corrupted friends back to outworld. Tigra had attempted to sway the Shokan to the Claw of Cerveras but was stopped by Kitana. Kitana earned the trust of the Shokan winning their favor against Tigra and Zara, she felt betrayed and aspired revenge.

Little did she know that her corruption would soon be over during the events of the Deadly alliance. After one last duel with Zebron, she had fought Asgaarth and after a confrontation they inadvertently freed the Earthrealm Water god Suijin as he used his magic to purify her mind, setting it free.

Tigra expressed deep sorrow for her actions and sought to make amends. Suijin then enchanted Tigra’s duel blades with purification energy so she may purify the corrupted Eukaryonites.

Her next mission; find redemption, Aid Asgaarth and his allies against Onaga and the forces of darkness and free the corrupted members of her kingdom including her brother.

Now Tigra will fight in honor of her true Queen and Idol Queen Apalla who she owes a debt to. To keep Queen Apalla’s memory alive she grew her hair to resemble that of Queen Apalla’s hairstyle that way the true queen will live on.

Little does she know, King Cerveras is fated to return, only time will tell if she can save her brother and help her new friends face the king she once held so much respect for.

Jonas

A Eukaryonite Dove and is the Adopted Son of the Eukaryona Knight Dolly and fellow friend to Zebron. He was an orphan similar to Gazira, as his parents had died a similar fate to the sickness when he was a baby.

For most of his life, Jonas never knew his biology parents, only Dolly and her wife Angel took him in and raised them as they wanted a family of their own. Due to this they were a happy family as Dolly would teach Jonas how to use the bow and arrow.

Jonas enjoyed a happy childhood making many new friends and was one of the few to welcome Zebron as well as a friend. Oddly enough he is much shyer than Zebron, yet Zebron helped him be less shy around others.

Together they were a group of friends with Anthron, Nita, and Mac who all stayed together and were very close as their parents were the Eukaryona knights.

That is until his mother made an awful mistake unintentionally causing the queen’s death…and it costed her life and the downfall of the kingdom. His bullies blamed him for his mother’s actions. he took it to heart how awful everything happened within an instant.

His mother Angel along with his friends believed he nor Dolly were at fault. Especially Zebron and Anthron who lost their parents after the king turned evil. Jonas would then utilize his mother’s bow and arrow and requested to be trained to honor her memory.

Those who know Jonas, believe him to be a compassionate figure, though his enemies say otherwise. His dead eye, precision, and honor makes him a worthy foe and valuable ally.

Taos

A Eukaryonite Peacock who was One of the Eukaryona knights and was best known for his medical techniques and drive. He had a kind heart and immense loyalty to his monarchs specifically Queen Apalla who was the one who helped cure his brother from the disease that killed many.

Her help inspired him and his brother to become trained to become medics by Apalla herself as he supported her. When she became Queen he was so enlightened to know that his help contributed to it and wanted to become one of the knights.

This was done so he may continue to serve Apalla and provide more insight in her continued research. He happily served his monarchs and several of the knights become great friends. Fortis trained him and while he is not the most efficient in hand to hand combat, he was a great strategist and welded the Suntetsu weapons. He loyally served his monarchs until tragedy struck.

Queen Apalla was killed and Taos used the knowledge he gained from Apalla to try and save her but to no avail. He mourned her death and King Cerveras entered a personality change. Unbeknownst to everyone King Cerveras heard voices in his head and those same voices guided him to create a potion to brainwash other carnivores in the kingdom.

Taos was forced to make this potion though King Cerveras kept the details vague. Taos would then try to create a reversal potion, but all knowledge of it was lost.

On the awful day before the fall of the old Eukaryona began. Taos and Fortis would witness King Cerveras murder one of the knights in a fit of rage after her failure caused the death of Apalla.

Taos begged to spare them, King Cerveras showed mercy and killed him without suffering. His legacy is carried on by his brother Ethos, Wife Pava, and an unborn son he never got to witness who will be named Taos Jr in his memory. His death is a reminder that the kindest of hearts and loyalties to Cerveras were not safe from his fall from grace.

Humora

A Wolf Eukaryonite who was once a kind and caring mother whose life took a turn for the worse. Humora grew up in the capital of Eukaryona; Nuclearis, where most of more notable Eukaryonites were born at.

Before Cerveras went mad, Humora was a Mask designer in Eukaryona who made masks for other Eukaryonites. During her job she would have met the former love of her life Wade.

At the time Wade needed some mask designs to make teach students about the coronation of Queen Apalla. Overtime Humora and Wade had spent some time together where they bonded with love and eventually became a mother.

Humora aspired to be a great mother and worked hard to provide for her family. Wade however felt jealous of his children as he noticed them taking away the attention.

Humora still loved Wade, but unfortunately she would find out that he no longer felt the same way. she caught her husband and his mistress one day after they had a fling. Humora was devastated that Wade would betray her like he did and pursued a divorce.

King Cerveras and Queen Apalla put him on trial but he later escaped. Unfortunately around this time Queen Apalla had died, and Humora witnessed a shift in her king.

Humora immediately helped with the evacuation as she rescued her kids from the school and several of their classmates.

As she nearly made it to the shoreline she was ambushed by corrupted Eukaryonites. she bought time for the children to escape as she noticed the remaining Eukaryona helping with evac.

Sadly she was corrupted by Dr.Stifle who infected her with the corruption that corrupted many of the carnivorous Eukaryonites. Even when corrupted, her love for her children was strong. She attempted to take them but Zebron and his father stopped her. she broke Zebron’s wand but before she could kill him, Zebrak attacked her blinding her.

She was treated by Dr.Stifle who became the new doctor of Eukaryona who enhanced her other senses. She then crafted her own mask to hide her affliction and represent who she once was, a facade to her greatest failure, losing her children.

King Cerveras uses her love for her children as manipulation to get what he wants; loyalty. She will serve King Cerveras in the hopes of reuniting with her kids Freddy and Fiona.

Even after King Cerveras died, Humora still joined the Claw of Cerveras. She joined not because of loyalty but to locate her children and reunite with them. She was angry to know that Zebron had been successful in his wand being restored, it’s only a matter of time until she puts an end to him and find her children. Though perhaps one day she may be freed from her corruption and become the loving mother she once was.

Ronda

The mother of Wyatt who was widowed after her husband died from the same disease that claimed others. Their marriage had been unhappy long before his death.once he was gone, Ronda found herself emotionally exhausted.

Ronda would be a defense instructor learning how to use hand to hand combat. Her son Wyatt was relentlessly bullied by his obsession with insects and the stars. Ronda resented how he was treated and how she herself was labeled an odd mother.

Ronda believed she failed as a mother especially being judged by her peers. Tired of being dismissed and desperate for authority, she approached Wyatt’s teacher, Wade.

they found recognition in each other from the moment they locked eyes.

Both were deeply dissatisfied with their lives. Wade confided his unhappiness with his marriage and family, despite Humora’s devotion to their children. Ronda, desperate for something new, accepted the attention. What began as shared grievance turned into a secret affair.

The affair did not remain hidden. Gazira’s father and other Eukaryonites witnessed their closeness, and the truth spread quickly. When Wade’s wife; Humora learned of this she couldn’t believe it until she found out the hard way on Wade’s betrayal. she pursued a divorce after seeing the sight the beheld her one morning. Before any formal judgment could be passed, Wade fled abandoning everyone including Ronda.

Ronda was then forced to deal with the backlash losing her job, custody of Wyatt, and was arrested. Wyatt became a target of cruelty, bullied relentlessly by the two bullies.

Ronda was confined to the dungeon alongside other prisoners. By the time Queen Apalla died, her fate remained unresolved. Under King Cerveras’ rule, she was brought to trial. Though condemned for her actions, Cerveras took note of her resilience and unexpected ability to fight an observation that spared her life.

It was during this period that Ronda and Wade reunited.

Wade, having once again evaded true consequence, returned to her with familiar words and fake remorse. Ronda knew he had abandoned her. She knew what he was. And still, she chose him.

Ronda found a bitter sense of validation in Wade’s presence. With him, she did not care about her bad reputation but sought validation from him. This in turn allowed her to join the Claw of Cerveras as an enforcer, she was more useful than Wade but made sure he pulled his weight so she won’t lose him.

Wade

A Eukaryonite Wolf who was a former teacher of Zebron and hid a secret. That secret being he had an affair with his wife that caused significant outrage within the kingdom.

There was a time when he and his wife loved each other, even decided to become a father as well. Over time the both of them had been busy with his wife dedicating most of her time to her children.

Wade had no intentions of connecting with his children, and secretly blamed them for the diminishing romance between the couple. Overtime he got more annoyed and desired to have more excitement in his life. This in turn diminished his main strength teaching.

Wade was a decent teacher at one point, but he got worse and favored two of his students based on the high status of their parents. he always favored the them despite them harassing and bullying the others including Zebron.

He never believed him especially when he told Wade what was happening. He was delusional believing he was more important than the likes of Lunara constantly making fun of her and ruining her gardens. That was until one day he had a secret infidelity with Wyatt’s mother.

The mother wanted a solution to stop the bullying of her son, her no nonsense attitude caused a spark to happen. The mother as well was unhappy with her previous marriage and the two of them kept a secret relationship.

Eventually his secret was exposed and he would be punished but quickly escaped while he abandoned his mistress. Not only did he run away from his family and students but ruined Wyatt’s life as he became an orphaned when his mother was arrested for the infidelity with Wade.

When Eukaryona fell, he fled to the farm of Maahes. He still caused problems with Lunara and she used his infidelity as a weapon against him. This was the final straw for Lunara as she wanted to teach everyone who wronged her a lesson.

Ultimately Lunara would not have betrayed Maahes if he had listened to her but her pride got in the way. Though He wouldn’t be corrupted, King Cerveras forced him into harsh labor after he conquered Maahes’ farm. Serving as a harsh reminder to never escape the justice system of King Cerveras. Wade and his mistress reunited, he would undergo some training though is consider a weak fighter by many.

After the death of his monarch he was forced to serve his queen under her new group of loyalists; the claw of Cerveras. He would take on the role of an advisor searching for backgrounds of his enemies. Though often times he fails at his task and is useful in a twisted sense of keeping the stronger members alive.

Wade is an example how one’s own pride can cause their own downfall.

Dolly

A Dodo that was yet another knight from Eukaryona known for her sharp eye that made up for her lack of strength and speed. She cares greatly for the kingdom and had a wife named Angel who was another Dodo.

Together they adopted a son and named him Jonas so he would be given a family after his passed away from the diseases when he was a child. Dolly would love him as one of her own.

She became a knight to not only watch over Jonas but to gain more perspective on her purpose. Training with Fortis she learned the Kenpo fighting style and was gifted a bow and arrow due to her nature and sharp eye skills.

She lived happily for several years until she made a fatal mistake. On the night King Cerveras wanted to propose to Queen Apalla, she was ill and had fallen asleep on her duty. This fatal mistake caused Queen Apalla’s death after Disphos took control of the situation binding his time and killed her.

After Disphos died, and Queen Apalla’s funeral, King Cerveras sent her to the dungeon for this failure. She spent a week ill, weak, and sad to her failure as King Cerveras slipped into darkness.

On the night before her trial, she was sent to the throne room alongside her fellow knights Fortis and Taos. She and King Cerveras argued as he constantly blamed her for everything. She retaliated with rage saying that Queen Apalla cared about everyone not just him and that she wouldn’t approve of this. King Cerveras finally caved into his evil thoughts and killed her.

Her death was the beginning of King Cerveras’ evil reign; and the true end of an era for the peaceful 1st reign of Eukaryona. Jonas was then gifted her bow and arrow and plans to honor her memory utilizing it.

Varnusa

Varnus was once a notable male Saurian who fled with the other Saurians from Earthrealm to the realm of Zaterra. This was due to the war with the fallen elder god Shinnok who fought against Raiden and his elemental brothers. The conflict waged and it was devastating as it marked the end of Mesozoic era and dinosaurs as a whole in Earthrealm.

Varnus made sure to evacuate as many saurians as possible to the realm of Zaterra. Despite his efforts he was severely injured as he barely escaped to zaterra. At the time Zaterra was a realm not inhabited by many, even if there was life, it was not sustainable in this realm.

At the brink of death, he saw a glowing presence that was known as the Zaterra’s equivalent of the Jinsei. The Jinsei healed his wounds as he received a vision from the Elder gods, most notably Cetrion who saw his devotion to protecting the Saurians.

They informed him that he would be a worthy pick for a protector god of Zaterra. She had informed him that she heard his desires of wanting to help his people. At first he couldn’t understand until they guided him with the necessary steps in becoming one. The elder gods would mold him into protector god known as the god of the primordial wilderness. He used these powers to transform the landscape into a sustainable home for Zaterra.

Many years pass and he continued to serve Zaterra’s monarchs until the most recent one Queen Sytholin was usurped by King Tetsurri. Varnus who served many of Queen Sytholin’s family, would engage in a duel with King Tetsurri.

King Tetsurri was more calculating in nature, his strength outmatched that of Varnus. King Tetsurri had created a gem to harness that of Varnus’ power, he slain Varnus as he retreated to the Jinsei. Varnus desperately wanted to come back to put an end to Tetsurri, but to speed up the recovery process he would need to transform into a female. He carefully thought about it and felt satisfied with this change as he would still be the same person, just in a new identity.

From that moment she would be known as Varnusa. She was unable to receive her powers as Tetsurri kept most of them within his gem to rule over the realm.

Varnusa would then join Sytholin’s group as a trusted ally to one day get Sytholin back on the throne. Varnusa wanted to inform Sytholin of her new identity, however doing so would jeopardize their mission. If anyone found out about Varnusa’s new identity, it could led to disastrous consequences should King Tetsurri find out the truth.

Unfortunately this was in vain, the war against Tetsurri costed them everything. they lost the tournaments and their realm was conquered. Varnusa would save many of the saurians and was killed by Shao Khan to allow many Zaterrans to hide in the process.

Varnusa would remain in a state of limbo following Khan’s conquest of Zaterra. Her only hope is for her realm to be free and Tetsurri’s gem to be destroyed so she may become a proper goddess and restore Zaterra back to its original glory.

Disphos

Before Eukaryona became a kingdom, Disphos would have been the first inhabitant of the region. He was an Edenian equivalent of a Boomslang Snake. He was once a pet snake to an Edenian poacher who was abandoned and lived in forestry area where Eukaryona would eventually be formed.

When the ship containing all the Eukaryonites entered the forestry area everyone including Disphos was mutated. This was due to the essence of Edenia which took on the form of a flower bloomed causing the mutations.

Disphos would remain hidden often starving himself based on the lack of feed he now faces. He wanted to fit in but knew he would frighten the others. Overtime he hated the Eukaryonites for invading his home. He would eat the insects to survive but wanted more food.

As time grew he saw how much the Eukaryonites would prosper, he hated them. Instantly seeing the Queen Apalla and King Cerveras becoming monarchs, he got an idea.

he wanted to destroy this kingdom, if he couldn’t be happy neither can they. He quietly observed King Cerveras and Queen Apalla falling in love and Cerveras’ plan to marry her. That is when he knew how to enact his plan, he needed to kill the Queen.

When Cerveras got to the area where he would propose to Apalla, she accepted and Disphos immediately bit her neck. his venom entered her body where she died in front of Cerveras. Disphos could not have savored the moment as Cerveras fell into his dispair, and anger attacking and killing Disphos.

After King Cerveras killed Disphos, one of his fang’s pierced the grieving king’s head. The fractured fang contained poison would pierce a wound on Cerveras and entered his brain which began his corruption and allowed The One Being to influence Cerveras. A different fang would be used to create the corruption potion on all carnivorous mammals of the kingdom.

Though the tale was not yet over for Disphos. He would awaken in the Netherrealm one day. He feasted on countless demons. There was one particular demon he hoped to eat, a female demon who was wanted by the brotherhood, a traitor.

Before he could devour her, She had welded the fabled kriss and killed him. The demon Known as Ashrah, had put an end to Disphos as he was never seen again after his encounter with Ashrah. Though his hatred may have reawakened the evil within the Kriss to kill all beast like beings.

Notes: For Disphos’ name I used the scientific name Dispholidus typus to name him. The essence of Edenia is from the Mk Conquest show, here is the link to read more. I’ll explain more lore on it after a finish a few more bios and share it. It would explain more on the Eukaryonites and why they appear the way they do.

General Lucius

The Original General of the Edenia armies before its fall to Outworld. For many centuries his family proudly served the monarchs of Edenia with undying loyalty. Like his predecessors He devoted his life to protecting this realm and preserve peace.

General Lucius would lead many Edenia’s armies into battle with discipline. He was also another mentor to Asgaarth who trained him from his youth. To many Lucius was the shield and protector of Edenia and a symbol of its courage.

Lucius taught Asgaarth all he knew to weld the Falchion that was passed from Asgaarth’s father Thorren. This knowledge has kept Asgaarth alive during Shao Khan’s reign and many attempts to kill him.

Everything changed when Shao Khan conquered Edenia. General Lucius led his armies against the invaders. He and his men were outnumbered and Lucius fought till his last breath. He succumbed to his wounds, he failed in protecting the royal family.

His sacrifice became a symbol of Edenia’s honor that was lost, and bravery for those that survived. Many of the Edenian survivors will honor his legacy to one day free Edenia as restore it to its former glory.

Maahes

A Lion Eukaryonite who choose a quiet life as a farmer and lived on the outskirts of the kingdom. He is not as involved with the kingdom due to his duties and worked with his childhood best friend Lunara.

He did his best to be a good friend to Lunara but she was constantly harassed by others in Eukaryona, and felt she wanted more. He was given private training lessons from one of the knights Fortis the hippo and trained with a combat hammer.

Everything changed when Queen Apalla died and Eukaryona shifted its rule. King Cerveras would force all of his people to make weapons and raise their defenses after his corruption. The rumors of Edenia had caused great anger and fear for King Cerveras which caused many residents to flee the kingdom.

Others were not as lucky as Maahes would invite others who did not escape to hide in his barn until they came up with a plan. Maahes was once reserved but opted to become a leader for the refugees. Unfortunately this wouldn’t last as Lunara was a mole to King Cerveras, secretly aiding him and giving him the info needed to invade.

King Cerveras attacked the farm with his forces corrupting everyone. Maahes and Lunara were the only two remaining, Maahes would battle King Cerveras in a duel. Both were evenly sized and strong, Maahes focused on his training and nearly prevailed.

However, Lunara betrayed him, she attacked him from the back and caused him to lose his footing. Maahes never received such betrayal as Lunara stood side by side with King Cerveras and was corrupted by the vial the king made, to corrupt all mammals with the canine tooth and carnivorous ancestors. His mind warped and now Maahes is King Cerveras’ enforcer, forced to serve his corrupt king and his best friend who betrayed him.

Maahes would continue to serve Lunara for many years even after the untimely death of King Cerveras. But Lunara knows the true worth of her friend, if she can get Maahes stronger, she may be able to bargain with Shang Tsung, Maahes soul for the soul of her lost love.

Maahes is a tragic example and victim of King Cerveras’ and now Queen Lunara’s leadership, it may be possible a certain dragon king may have use of his soul to exact revenge and summon a forgotten ally.

Notes: I designed Maahes using my original design for King Cerveras who was going to be a lion in early drafts. I settled with King Cerveras being a panther because there are too many lions villains and a panther villain was much prefered. I decided his design was cool enough to make into a separate character.

Tupak

Born in the waning days of the Osh Tekk realm. his family were loyal followers to their protector God Tonra’Tiuh. His parents were not champions of the realm but served as loyal followers and protectors of a sacred shrine of Tonra’Tiuh.

During the fall of the realm; Tonra’Tiuh instructed the parents to place him to the shrine where he would be protected by the power of the sun. His parents fought hard against the forces but alas they were cut down and killed. Tupak was thought to be dead but Tonra’Tiuh casted a faction of his power to the young Tupak.

The power of the sun was strong as it obliterated those that were present at the shrine killing them and leaving Tupak alone.

Tupak would grow up alone. He had no recollection of anything, that was until he met General Ko’atal. He noticed Tupak was an Osh Tekk based on his divine energy and power that he emitted.He would be taken into his care where Ko’atal told stories of his past.

Together they would go on missions and bond becoming a father and son. Many missions included attacking villages, submitting to Shao Khan, and bringing fear to all rebels.

Of his adversaries he constantly got into rivalries with Zebron. Zebron constantly annoyed Ko’atal greatly and inadvertently humiliated him until Ko’atal had enough and did something evil.

Zebron’s allies would have fought Tupak, while General Ko’atal would track down Zebron’s guardians, Sindel’s parents who were believed to have survived the fall of Edenia and raised Zebron.

Ko’atal would then capture them and had Tupak watch. To his horror, Ko’atal Executed Sindel’s father in front of Tupak. It was then he remembered a memory of his parents dying from Shao Kahn’s forces.

Tupak wanted Both of them to be prisoners not executed, he confronted General Ko’atal and ran away from him. General Ko’atal would take Sindel’s mother to a cell and was informed that all her family was dead including Kitana. This was a lie to have the final loose end of Edenia heritage be gone as Dina died of great sadness.

Tupak realized the errors of his ways, and sought to make amends with Zebron, while also running away from his dad. It was by chance he met someone who would change his life.

A young woman who sought to atone for the mistakes her realm once made, one that had a kind heart. At first they were enemies, but after she heard about him betraying Kotal, she listened.

Together they would help the Norans and Vaeternians from Kotal and put a stop to him. Their bond would grow from a simple friendship into one of romance. Tupak will fight to ensure Kotal never steals this new life from him and help those he once hurt.

Tonra’Tiuh

The protector god of the realm of Osh Tekk he was known as the burning father. He was gifted with the power of the Sun, with it he imbued the power of it to the realm, showcasing its strength and sacrifice.

The Osh Tekk warriors were born as they dwelled in this realm filled with radiant sunlight, under the watchful eye of Tonra’Tiuh. His divine laws guided the Osh Tekk to believe in greater strength.

Tonra’Tiuh himself was considered strong, he embodies balance of the sun, including their rise, burn, and eventual fade. Giving the Osh Tekk power but demanding sacrifices be made to sustain their realm, such as the mortal kombat tournament and the war of the undying light.

Tonra’Tiuh and Dahish were bitter rivals with Dahish growing angry at the result of Tonra’Tiuh’s sense of honor and value of the light while Tonra’Tiuh dislike Dahish abusing it.

To offer a sign of peace, Tonra’Tiuh granted some of his realm’s sunlight to aid the Norans in the war of the undying light. Though despite the realm falling, Tonra’Tiuh forced his realm to train harder for each mortal kombat tournament.

Though inevitably, They were weak despite the ways of war in Osh Tekk, Outworld was stronger in size, strategy, and power, thanks to Prince Goro. The current emperor at the time Kotal Ketz, betrayed his protector god as Tonra’Tiuh refused to bend the knee.

Kotal Ketz would utilize the portal stone to travel to Hinpar and steal a shadow dagger, swiftly stabbing him with it draining his power as Shao Khan finished the job. He died vowing revenge, but imbued a fraction of his power, to a young Osh Tekk infant whose family was very loyal to him

Notes: I have plenty more god ocs for the many realms of Mortal Kombat and Osh Tekk was no exception his name is a play on Tonatiuh who is a sun deity in Aztec mythology. I was originally going to make him red but I wanted him to fit the whole theme of Kotal.

Leila

Originally from Norah, the lightrealm where her family witnessed the destruction of their realm from the dragon king Onaga. Dahish along with Onaga’s conquest of the searealm forced her people to either die or continue to serve Dahish based on his light energy being connected to the Norans.

Compared to the Osh tekk, Norans relied on large amounts of Sunlight to live. Leila would be born but nearly died if the Eukaryonite known as Wyatt had not found the Norans guided by his lantern. His lantern would be a symbol of hope for the Norans that allowed them to rebel against Dahish now that they have a new source to sustain their lives.

Unfortunately after the battle against Dahish, Leila’s family would have perished. Her mother urged Wyatt to look after Leila shortly after she gave birth to her. This was the first step in Wyatt’s slow redemption as he would promise her mom and looked after Leila since.

Leila would grow alongside Wyatt knowing him as her guardian. They share a strong bond as they continue to look after the other Norans.

Leila would learn of her realm’s past, including the war of the Undying light, a battle her realm caused against Vaeterneus and other realms with darkness. She made a vow to ensure the Norans would never cause another crisis like this again.

Despite Wyatt’s slow redemption, his corruption remained to compel him to harm his friend Zebron. Wyatt clashed with him while Leila fought against Zebron’s ally the Vaeternian Nitara.

They fought as Leila would utilize her powers of the sun and her energy sword to harness it. During their clash Leila learned how her realm would have been the aggressors. They constantly attacked the Vaeternains due to the fear of the darkness, the fear that Vaeternus would attack Norah. Nitara mentions how a relative of hers was influential in ending the war of the undying light giving her life to end it.

She forced Wyatt to stop his fight, they would undergo a new mission, to rally the Norans and work with the Vaeternians against the Osh-Tekk and Kotal.

Kotal who knew the Norans were allies to the Osh tekk wanted them to help him. As for Leila she Knows that the Noran’s powers along with the Osh Tekk can be dangerous. Thus she would turn the tides and protect Vaeternians by guiding her people in helping the Vaeternians.

She even allied with an Osh-Tekk who was the former adopted son of Kotal. who wished to atone for Kotal’s mistakes after he witnessed do an unspeakable act.

Leila hopes to be a proper leader for her people to represent a new era of Norah. An era that allows peace and prosperity for people of all realms. She will do this so that one day she may unmerge her realm from Outworld, restore it to its glory, and fix the mistakes her realm once committed.

Notes: This character is the representative for the Lightrealm. I based her off this NPC character next to Sub zero in MK9 in the 2nd image. She looked like a cool design when I thought about a representative for the realm. I had some fun developing her story and thought it should be interconnected with Wyatt. I also used this picrew for her as well since I liked the hair it gave her.
