So what I gather is:

EU Fanfest: Introduced new tank job, sort of gave us an idea of new animation unlocks, put Berlin on Yoshi P's blacklist for messing up the EVA extended reveal, revealed FFVII Raid, gave us Amanda Achen lyrics for Evercold theme and gave us a look at the ships, Typing in Gold Saucer, the Collection Edition Rewards and clarifying the Nintendo Switch 2 release, what they mean by Seasons, giving a further explanation of the second difficulty which I am just going to call: Greg difficulty, customizing away nose shading, Au Ra horns are not locked to face, remove Miqo'te face paints, no eye brows for Highlanders they must SUFFER SUFFER SUFFER AND KNOW YOUR FOLLY!, maybe a possible butt slider in the future after harassing a 53 year old man for several months, FFVII Gold Saucer section will be added, prelude to World and Realm Matchmaking, Legion Leveling and World Scaling and Story Progression Implemented, an updated timeline for the release of things, and Yoshi P dealing with one heckler and wearing heavy armor.

Everything else was just reiterations of what was said at NA Fanfest Keynote. Beastmaster is further touched upon in Live Letter.
