i wish alejandro and izzy were friends they rotate in my mind often, for years actually i think because i remember coming up with a concept of them being friends and it started over noah. I have many ideas
i think it was taking place in tdwt as a behind-the-scenes thing,
like noah left to go use the restroom and izzy was really curious whaats inside that book hes always reading so izzy took the book and sat beside alejandro and she was like. "i know youre curious what he reads too. lets read it together!!!" and alejandro's very perplexed on why izzy is trying to talk to him but he just shrugs and complies with it, it served as a distraction from Alejandro's rushing competitive thoughts (I like to imagine Izzy was well aware of this and hence why she involved him in her antics!)
and so they read it. And. Its really Bad. Like astronomically a really bad book that its funny. Izzy and Alejandro give each other a look before bursting into laughter.
they're so shocked, "is this what noah really reads?" "i never took noah to be into such...corny books" "this is hilarious i'm never gonna let him live this down"
they're just laughing and laughing, tyler and owen are so confused and lost by their interactions. before they knew it, noah had already come back and is met with a cackling izzy and alejandro
and he notices they're reading the book and for the first time ever, he's immediately embarrassed and irritated and takes the book away from their hands. izzy immediately jumps up and alejandro is just stifling his chuckles
noahs just sighing and he explains that it is a book he picked BLINDLY and he didnt know it would be this horrendously bad and he starts swearing up and down that he does not like this book and he hates it, he only reads it to fulfill his boredom
izzy being izzy does NOT buy it and starts teasing him saying he loves corny romance books (bc that's literally what the book was like. and it was just...not that great in terms of quality.) and alejandro is backing up izzy in this by telling noah "it's okay to say you like the book, i wont judge" (he is already judging btw and now thinking if noah is a secret romance lover this whole time)
then owen and tyler start joining in on this and ask noah to show them the book, izzy snatches the book and throws it over to them. now owen and tyler are convinced noah actually likes this book too. to them, the book wasn't that bad but it also clearly wasn't something you'd expect noah to read. so they too are pestering noah about the book "awww little buddy I didn't take you for a romantic!!" "dude who knew you had a soft side!"
noah actually gives up on convincing them and hes like. "whatever. believe what you wanna believe"
they're all giggling like silly teens, still teasing noah about this
alejandro comes to a realization that he has never had this much fun with his team before
for once, he actually enjoyed his time with them.
and if a little part of him said he wants this to last? well he'd never admit it (he loves them)
