Pokemon researchers his age seemed to be far and few between, at least in Galar. Mostly everyone else is a trainer or even a Gym Leader. âSoniaâ The professor, she wanted me to come out here and record noibat sightings. Weâre doing something about daylight patterns, I think.â He ruffles the top of his Cinderaceâs head as the pokemon stands on tip-toed paws to try and stack up to the Silvally.
âHonestly, I was recording fine for a bitâŠ. but then people kept asking me if I wanted to battle, so then we had to stop for curryâ anâ then I saw a pidove who stuck in some branches, so I stopped again to climb the treeâŠ..â Admitting all this to someone who actually claimed to be a researcher wasâŠ. embarrassing?
ââHeh. Can you tell Iâve got no clue yet?â
He...he really reminded him of Hau. With such a bubbly attitude, Gladion could say it was a breath of fresh air. So many people these days were always just so dedicated to becoming the best trainer there was, but this kid. This one seemed more than happy with staying as a researcher. Hau was still ever determined to become the best trainer but, from what heâs heard, Hau seemed happy to become the Kahuna or a researcher himself.
Gladion didnât think Hau made up his mind just yet.Â
âEveryone has their own way of doing things.â Gladionâs eyes catch the way Zeus curiously cocks their head down at the Cinderace. Almost as if the Silvally couldnât believe that the Cinderace was trying to make himself seem bigger than he actually was. âEven if itâs spent doing things you like-âÂ
Cut off by Zeus smacking a paw into the Cinderaceâs side (not roughly) and the Silvally swiftly darted off. A request to play? Probably. âYouâre doing fine.â
