i suck at giving advice and comforting people ohgod. What if they think i dont care and im not truing oh dear i just dont know what to say .

would it be acceptable for me to cope with my dissociation by making up different personalities/identities and pretending to be them. it brings me an odd sense of comfort. Does this have a name. also im pretty sure its not IFS thats another thing iirc. (Other?) plurals help me out—..
