Hell yeah. You can always submit anonymously or through asks, but by all means feel free to link us to the post on your blog so you get the notes and followers.
Who is buckshot anon?
Local cryptid buckshot anon (@buckshotanon) is a medical professional who often writes in with a (frankly unnerving) medical perspective on topics. Some of us suspect it's a cover for being a serial killer.
Buckshot Anon was given their title by other anons because of their knowledge of buckshot bullets after giving a very long explanation of what would actually happen during Alastor's death here and here.

It would be pretty absurd if we ran a blog about the gay furry show with an Alastor username if we did, wouldn't it? But so we stop getting asks about it, let us just explicitly say: No, we do not hate gay people, furries, Alastor, etc. We're being facetious.
Why do you keep getting asks about Lucifer squeaking like a rubber duck during sex?
Because hell is forever, whether you like it or not. It all started with this ask and since then we get at least one cursed ask daily.
Why was I randomly told to look at your blog?
Because we get a lot of unhinged asks.
How many people run this blog?
Two now because I didn't know wtf I was getting myself into.
Is this an Alastor/Lucifer blog?
Yes and no? It was started with a bias towards that ship and obviously we get a lot of asks about the pair, so people think we're a blog just devoted to that ship, but we're both multi-shippers and love non-shipping stuff just as much.
What’s Alastor’s sexuality?
In the show he's been confirmed to be asexual (Rosie says "I know you're an ace in the hole”). His voice actor and the creator, meanwhile, have both referred to him as being aro-ace (both asexual and aromantic) while acknowledging that this exists on a rather wide spectrum and there hasn't been an opportunity to show his aromanticism in the show. Later, his voice actor clarified he's only been confirmed ace and his aromanticism is unknown.
It's also worth noting the show's creator seems to intend for him to be aromantic in the show. However, she doesn't care how fans ship characters since fandom is separate from the show and has herself changed characters' sexualities numerous times in the past. For example, in original iterations of these characters, Alastor was dating Mimzy and Vaggie and Angel were a couple.
Why are people shipping Alastor with other people?
Because shipping and fandom is essentially a fun way to go "what if...?" and vehicle for character exploration. Canon is for -- well, exploring the canon.
Could Alastor have sex / be in a romantic relationship?
Yeah. Aromantics/asexuals can and do get into romantic and sexual relationships. They just don't usually feel the same attraction or romantic feelings towards people but it doesn't mean they can’t have intimacy and be devoted to them.
It exists on a spectrum with a wide range from some people feeling sex-repulsed to some people enjoying sex but not feeling attraction to their partners.
Is it bad for people to ship Alastor when there’s finally aromantic/asexual representations?
We personally don’t think it matters because people participate in fandom for a multitude of reasons. They relate to and want to explore characters for different reasons. There’s no “right” way to do fandom. What makes someone who wants to explore characters one way more or less valid than another person?
Okay, well. I don't like when people draw x or have x headcanon.
Fanworks are being shared with a community, not created for it. If you don't like the way someone is representing a character or ship, it doesn't mean there's going to be more content you like; there's just going to be less content. Often, policing fandom just turns people off that fandom. If you want to see more of a specific characterization or explore specific aspects of a character, you have to put it out there. And that can be anything from art and fic to drabbles and headcanons.
What Alastor/Lucifer dynamic do you prefer?
We personally like aro-ace Alastor struggling with finding himself wanting a close relationship with Lucifer but not necessarily having traditionally romantic feelings for him and struggling with intimacy so you’ll probably see a lot of that here.
But! We like seeing people explore different ideas and takes on stuff. And sometimes we just enjoy specific art styles and humor, so we're gonna reblog whatever. At the end of the day, we're just excited to see all the cool stuff people come up with.
Why do you use 👀 all the time when replying to asks?
Tumblr usually won't let us just post the ask without replying, so we throw an emoji in - especially if it's a headcanon people might want to reblog and add onto.
Do you do commissions?
We don't but there are some amazing artists we've reblogged and shared art from who have commissions opened! You can check our archive to find someone whose style you like.
Is this your art?
No - make sure to check the source we include under the pic. You'll find a lot more amazing stuff the artists have created that we haven't shared and can go directly tell the artist how much you like their work and share it on that platform. All the sources link directly the work, not just the creator's account.

Do you actually mind all the cursed asks or NSFW?
Not at all. We find the cursed asks hilarious and obviously reblog NSFW stuff. If we actually cared, we just wouldn't share it. Our responses are just us trying to be funny.
Would doing sending you something like explicit fanfic of you and another blog be taking things too far?
Honestly, you can do whatever you want. Don't worry, we'll find it hilarious.
Why do you have beef with @huskers-bar? What did they do?
Existed.
(They're in on the joke and didn't actually do anything wrong. We just like bullying them.)
Did you get my ask?
Usually, we post asks within 2-3 days max and try to prioritize posting stuff like fanart and headcanons the day it's submitted. If it's been more than 24hrs for headcanons/art or 2-3 days for everything else, we didn't receive it.
What's the best way to contact you?
Asks. We check our ask box the most and sometimes with messages one mod will check it and leave it for the other and then we just forget it exists.
Did you block my account??
Probably not. We only block users we notice are under 18 who are following us. It's nothing personal and nothing you did wrong. We just don't feel comfortable knowing we're exposing you to the stuff we are like we're some kind of weird flasher. Beyond that, we don't block people.
Do you ask for permission before posting art from other people?
No.
Usually, we check if they're on Tumblr first so they get the credit and people go and follow their page. If the artist isn’t on Tumblr, we always post a link to where they’ve shared it directly so their work is reaching a larger audience. But if we make a mistake, let us know and we'll share the original post they made on Tumblr.
For artists- If you ever see your art on this page, we're happy to re-post it from you instead. (Usually, we keep things in the queue for a while in case we stumble across it.) If you don’t want us to share your work, we're happy to take it down off this page but because of the way Tumblr works, people are still going to see the reblogs. We'll also try to give your personal post a little bump by putting it in the queue again for later though.
Why don't you ask for permission before posting art from other people?
The short version is: we put a source on everything (linking directly to the work itself - not just the creator), at the end of the day artists are benefiting from their art being shared here, and we don't want to turn this into a full time job by spending all day going back and forth with artists. We're already going through anywhere from 20-140 asks a day.
As for why I, the original blog owner, didn't originally ask permission, it’s for the same reason I wouldn’t ask an artist permission before saving their work on Pinterest or sharing it inside a Discord server.
This was just a dumb blog was created for me to collect Alastor/Lucifer stuff I enjoyed in one place that I expected to have maybe 20 followers.
I honestly didn’t expect to have anywhere near the number of followers we do. But I’m glad you guys are here and excited it’s become a place where people can congregate and talk about their headcanons and discover new artists. And I realize there are some responsibilities that come with that - but I think overall, us sharing stuff here is harmless.
Plus, that's kind of the whole nature of social media - you share stuff. We're not monetizing off this dumb Tumblr or claiming the art is our own, but artists are benefiting from us sharing their posts - we can see that by the number of people who click on links to TikToks we share. Even when we fucked up and accidentally reposted something already on Tumblr in the past, the artist ended up with 2x the notes on their original post after things were sorted.
Did Vivziepop actually confirm Lucifer gave birth to Charlie?
No - someone on Twitter created this screenshot as a joke.
Does Alastor have a tail?
It hasn't officially been confirmed whether he has a tail, but he has a tail in the creator's older drawings of him.
In vivziepop's livestream here at around 24:18, it was also implied Alastor has one but there hasn't been an opportunity to show it because he's always so heavily covered up. (They joke he probably wears his coat in the shower.)
However, vivziepop confirmed we'll get confirmation of whether he has a tail in the future.
Does Alastor have hooves?
Yes! Vivziepop has confirmed it here.
Is _ canon?
The general consensus is that if it's not in the shows, it's not officially canon.
Vivziepop has gone through at least three different iterations of most of these characters, often with conflicting backstories, relationships, and personalities. She herself often forgets what is and isn't canon or what she's said in past interviews. And the shows have contradicted themselves numerous times - which is okay!
It just means this is probably the last show anyone wants to get super pedantic about in terms of canon and you shouldn't always dismiss theories because they seem to contradict canon.
For a long time, people argued Vaggie couldn't be an exorcist because certain things the creator said in the past about Vaggie contradicted the idea (she was a sinner who died in the 80s, Alastor refers to her and Angel as sinners in the pilot).
The Journey to the Light wiki often gets confused for canon because it ranks very high in search results. But this is the official fan wiki and they're really good about citing sources.
Why are Lucifer and Charlie's surnames sometimes Magne?
Magne was the family's original surname in the pilot, but it was changed to Morningstar later in development. (I think Vivziepop mentioned on a livestream they just thought the audience would connect to it more since it's more commonly associated with Lucifer.)
What's cursed cat Alastor? Where did it come from?
@coma_0423 drew this comic and everyone loved this weird cat version of Alastor so much they started drawing him as well until it became a viral meme called Cursed Cat Alastor.
Some people say the artist was inspired by Alastor's voice actor's drawing of Alastor that ended up looking like a cat but this isn't confirmed. (This is from an interview where the cast were all asked to draw their characters.)
What's the piss meme?
Someone posted a Hazbin Hotel theory on TikTok that points out in one screenshot of Alastor during the pilot episode his suit is shaped like a circus that people are inside of. Later, during 'More Than Anything' Charlie and Lucifer are inside of a circus tent. Therefore, could the tent actually be Alastor? And if so, is the yellow substance they touch his piss?
Since then, people have started essentially rickrolling people by posting about a Hazbin Hotel theory they take seriously until the last two slides where they ask if it could be because Alastor is a circus who lets people fly inside him and touch his urine.
