i dont use this to post at all, but i need to take this out of my chest:
i have some ideas about a MASSIVE crossover between every piece of media that i like (or like so many of them) that is kinda brainrotting me into oblivion. i will rant about those ideas into this void known as tumblr but if someone wants to talk to me about it, my asks are available
yes, all of the tags in there are of the every single piece of media that i put up into this crossover (and it's incomplete, because i didn't decide some roles in some generations (you'll understand below))
im sorry (its kinda the rise of the brave tangled dragons again, but BIGGER)
for people that are interested: the crossover is named "The Guardians of the Dimensions" (yep, peak creativity, ik) and the premise is as follows:
Our reality, the one that you and i live, is called "the creators dimension" and every single piece of fictional media created in this dimension forms its own reality. Those realities are at risk of destroying themselves at all times because of things called "anomalies": things that shouldn't exist in these dimensions, that are warped from other ones by accident or in purpose.
After the sacrifice of the existence of seven people from the only dimension that disconnected from the creators' one, Destiny, the concept incarnated, used the energy from their sacrifice to "recruit" people that can deal with those anomalies: those potential people are called protagonists.
Those people then have their memories retained and connections destroyed and have to relearn the rules of their own world before trying to fix others, in an attempt to protect the only reality that they know, until now.
All of the guardians are divided into groups that are called generations. Each generation has a theme and each guardian has an unique alias and a role in the generation that they are from. (the latter is basically the system of roles from katekyo hitman reborn, pretty much)
this post is turning kinda big so i will dissect the concepts and stuff in another post
first of all: the characters. as said in the other post, they are divided into groups called generations. each one has a theme:
1st generation: the origin (mostly ocs, because is just the seven people that sacrificed their existences to power up Destiny) 2nd generation: the inheritance - their theme is based on things that i watched that changed a little bit of the pop culture so much that it created entire genres or reshaped a lot of what industry makes today they are: Role - Guardian
Sky - Shinichi Kudo (Conan Edogawa) from Detective Conan Sun - Son Goku from Dragon Ball Rain - Buffy Summers from Buffy, The Vampire Slayer Tempest - Elphaba Thropp from Wicked (and the Wizard of Oz series) Lightning - Usagi Tsukino from Sailor Moon Mist - Wednesday Addams from The Addams Family and Wednesday series Cloud - vacant for now 3rd generation: the choice - their theme is based on the choice or illusion of choice that we have because of videogames, therefore all of the guardians of this generation are videogame characters.
they are:
Role - Guardian
Sky - Noctis Lucis Caelum from Final Fantasy XV Sun - vacant for now Rain - vacant for now Tempest - Lara Croft from Tomb Raider series Lightning - Tav from Baldur's Gate 3 Mist - Dante from Devil May Cry series Cloud - Ren Amamiya or Akira Kurusu (Joker) from Persona 5 4th generation: the community - their theme is kinda ironic: these people are considered monsters or are cursed or something obscure like that, but they genuinely try to protect and fit in their community, with various degrees of success. they are:
Role - Guardian
Sky - Elsa of Arendelle from Frozen series Sun - Blitzo Buckzo from Helluva Boss Rain - Rumi Ryu from Kpop Demon Hunters Tempest - Sabrina Spellman from Sabrina the Teenage Witch Lightning - Shigeo Kageyama (Mob) from Mob Psycho 100 Mist - Danny Fenton from Danny Phantom Cloud - Yusuke Urameshi from Yu Yu Hakusho (the last two could switch places, but for now it is like this) 5th Generation: the individuality - their theme is to express individual traits and how they could coexist in a society that doesn't understand plurality. its two generations in one, team wise. They are:
Role - Guardian
Sky - Tsunayoshi Sawada from Katekyo Hitman Reborn and Hiccup Haddock from How to Train Your Dragon Sun - Naruto Uzumaki from Naruto and Merida of Dunbroch from Brave Rain - Ichigo Kurosaki from Bleach and Anne Boonchuy from Amphibia Tempest - James (Jimmy) Isaac Neutron from Jimmy Neutron, boy genius and Edward Elric from Fullmetal Alchemist Lightning - Kaiser de Emperana Beelzebub IV from Beelzebub and Jack Frost from Rise of the Guardians Mist - Atsuko (Akko) Kagari from Little Witch Academia and vacant for now Cloud - Monkey D. Luffy from One Piece and Mavis Dracula from Hotel Transyvania 6th generation: the heroism - their theme reflects on the nature of being a hero and what a hero really is.
they are:
Role - Guardian
Sky - Luz Noceda from The Owl House Sun - Izuku Midoriya from My Hero Academia Rain - Adora from She-ra and the Princesses of Power Tempest - Hiro Hamada from Big Hero 6 Lightning - Korra from The Legend of Korra Mist - vacant for now Cloud - Marinette Dupain-Cheng from Miraculous Ladybug and that massive list is why i will reference the generations after these posts of introduction.
