Solution:

Download/Use DX Toolbox (Any version is FINE) /Any APK Uninstalling application

Go to Apps Manager ➡ Scan for APK Mgr (APK Manager)

It should state the problem;example:whatsapp update/installation required..etc)

Click on "Clean"
