Nope you’re not alone there. It really brings out all the crazies honestly. People are so ridiculous. They don’t realize how a hospital works and how things actually get done. It’s quite annoying. I would have honestly if I were you. I don’t have patience for things like that. Eh, it depends, there are certain attendees I could easily do with out.

They really are. Don’t seem to get that we’re all just trying to help them. --I was tempted, but I figured y’know, he’s not feeling well, he’s here for a reason. I have to put aside my personal feelings and do my job to help him. --Alright, well.... let’s just say I’m not the biggest fan of one of the cardio attendees. I won’t name names, but he’s a real pain in the ass. Makes me feel about 6 inches tall. Which I know is not that far off from how short I already am, but I always feel like I’ve done something wrong after working on a patient with him. He’s full of himself.

See? What’s one more day then? It definitely did feel like there was a full moon or something today, tends to bring out all the crazies. And you had to deal with Mr. Bloom, I’m sorry for that. He’s a real peach isn’t he? I was here the other day when he came into the pit. Any nurse or resident or doctor who walked by of the female kind got some kinda inappropriate nickname. Which attendee?

Okay, I’m glad it wasn’t just me who thinks so. --Oh, a real peach. Besides being gross, he kept saying he’d rather have a doctor in the room-- when I was changing out his IV. I could do that with my eyes closed. He’s just incredibly frustrating and I was ready to say some very unkind words to him by the end of the night. --I probably shouldn’t say. I’m not a tattle tale. Plus, you’re a doctor, so you’d probably take his side. Doctors sticking together and all that.

“Well, why is it you have to be responsible now? The pile of laundry isn’t going anywhere. There will be time for it later. Why punish yourself with chores when it’s already been a day from hell. What made it so hellish anyway?”

“...Alright, that’s a fair point. But I have been putting it off for days now, so I gotta do it sometime. --Just a busy day. A couple of nurses called out, so I had a lot going on. Plus, a couple of belligerent patients. Not to mention the patient who keeps calling me Sugar Tits. And one of the attendees is a pain in my ass, so he just added onto everything.”

“I would skip both the sleep and coffee and go for something a little more hard alcohol. That’s gonna put you in a better mood than both of the above choices. And honestly it will lead you to the other two eventually. “

“I thought about that, but I have a pile of laundry as tall as I am to fold. And other chores I should do. I don’t know how productive I’d be after a drink, especially since one drink would likely turn into two, and so forth. And I’m a total lightweight.”
