Sun Moon Lake, Paper Dome and King Garden
I have a promise to myself that I’ll go to Sun Moon Lake for the second time before I go back to Indonesia. That’s why I went to this place to fulfill my promise. We drove almost 2hours from Changhua to Nantou when the normal hour should be around 1hour. We never thought that there’ll be so many people go to this place that weekend and make the highway full with car. Finally, we arrived in Sun Moon Lake then we got another problem where we should stop because there’s so many places and spot where we can take the pictures. We drove to the top op hill and find a very beautiful temple without so many people. We stopped there and shooted so many beautiful pictures. We took a rest a while and drove again following the street till we didn’t realize we went back to the same place we started. Because we still had lot of times to go, my friend decides to take me visiting other place which is paper of dome. This place actually a church which made by paper but then it changes to a tourist attraction. This place quite near with sun moon lake, not so big and not so many things to see but good if u wanna take a rest and chill. You need to pay 100NT which is around 3USD where you can change it to some drink and cake. We took milk teas and fruit passion cake and rest for a while. Afterwards, we saw the maps and found that there’s also others tourist attractions near this place. We decided to walk and found that the other places is far from our location. So many people looked at us along the road then we given up and choose to drive to the king garden. This place is definitely good for children and people who want to buy some taiwanese cookies or souvenirs. I didn’t know that my friend took me here because he want to buy me souvenir so I didn’t forget Taiwan. I told him I won’t forget Taiwan, there’s so many good memories here. We tooked several pictures outside the shop which look like a castle before we went back to Changhua station.

The Sky of Happiness I realized that it was my last trip to Changhua and I told my friend to take me see the night view and drive around the city. He said yes and asked me whether I wanna see the sky of happines or go to the place we ever seen before. Of course, I wanna see new place and experience new things that what I said. We reached the place around 8:30pm and he said that there is a show at 9pm. I asked him what kind of show that they'll held and he said he doesn't know because it also the first time he come to this place. I can't stop laughing at him because I thought he went to this place before. Later on I know that it's a classical music show. After the show finished, we went up to the main place where we can see the city from the Top. The view was so amazing, and we walked through the path of love where we saw so many couples. We stopped there and took so many good pictures. I felt so guilty cause I disturbing many couples there with my loud happy voice. I was so happy to stay there but my stomach was so starving. We got the subway and I ate it in the car. I made his car really mess after that but I didn't care, I was so hungry. Finally, we reached our hotel and take a rest before tommorow go to Nantou. I think I'll miss the night trip to Changhua when I go back to Indonesia. This place leaves beautiful memories for me every week and I won't forget it. Changhua and Taichung, 16 July 2016

Hospitalized in Taiwan 2/2 After the doctor decided that I need to stay in hospital for at least one week. I tried to move from Emergency room to the room with only two people, but they said I need to wait. In the next day, tiffany came and told to the doctor that I need to move to more private room so I can take a rest. At last, the doctor moved me to new room and said that I got urinary tract infection and it was really terrible because it reached my kidney already. We're glad finally we know what happened to me. I got bad fever and vomit everytime I eat and drink in the first three days in hospital. I can't drink and eat any medicine, then the doctor put everything that I need in the Injection. I got three injections and four antibiotics everyday. I was quite happy because in the four day I feel better and I can eat and drink again. Maybe you're wondering how was the food in hospital. For me, the food was amazing. It tastes just the same at when we buy outside. That's the most healthier food that I ever eat, the only problem was we need to use chopsticks to eat. Because I can't eat by myself my friends who take care of me help me to eat, it was so funny because for us Indonesian people we ain't good using chopsticks by ourselves and now they need to help me eat. Only with my taiwanese friend I can eat without any effort. In the fourth day in hospital, I told to the doctor that I felt much better and I wanna go home but he said I still need to get antibiotic untill next week. I felt so bored and I asked whether I can walk around hospital. The nurse said I can, then we go to the Basement of the hospital which we can have food, reading book, and do the hair saloon. Me and my friend decided to try the dumplings and eat there. Because that day was typhoon time not so many food and store open. I was so sad and decided to go again the next day. In the next day, I asked my nurse to put off my injection so I can walk around again. In that day, all stores was opened, I can saw bookstore and it was so good. After that, I was thinking to wash my hair after almost a week. We went to saloon and it was the most fantastic experience, not only one people do my hair but three people did it. They just kept talking while I was shocked because all the people just touched my hair. They even gave me the discount for doing my hair. I'll never experience this such of thing in Indonesia. We ain't realized that we go out for long time and the nurse seems so panic because she need to give me the antibiotic. For the rest of weekends, I feel much better and I just took a rest, watched movies, ate, and slept. In the six days, I took other blood and urin test and the results showed my infection decreased a lot. and the next day I can discard from the hospital. I was so happy I can go back to the outside world and really glad that I was hospitalized in Taiwan because the medical treatment and the facilities here was amazing. I ain't imagine how if I need to get medical treatment in Indonesia. I hope I don't need to stay in hospital again, I promise I'll take care of my health from now. Hospitalized in Taiwan ½
I never thought that I’ll felt in hospital. I look really really well and healthy from the outside untill one day. I got very bad fever and vomit a lot. I thought that it only an usual fever and not so dangerous. I tried to survive untill evening but my condition got worse and worse. Finally, I decided to go to clinic with my sister. The doctor was surprised with my condition, he checked everything and decided that it ain’t the usual fever and I should faster go to hospital because his suspection was I got appendicitis. He wrote the recommendation for me to get emergency treatment in hospital. I was so scare and almost cried that time. After waiting a while, they give me the patient number and do so many checking with my blood, urin, and my body. The doctor just took me to so many places and did so many observations. He said I got problem with my urin and I got so many white blood in my stomach. I should have some infection inside my body. Later I know that my condition was called sepsis. Sepsis is a life-threatening illness caused by my body’s response to an infection. My immune system protects me from infections inside my body. In my condition, this sepsis made me got fever and vomit all the times. We were waiting for almost 3hours, I thought that I don’t need to stay in hospital and they’ll just give me medicine. But, the nurse came and said I need to stay at hospital. I can hold myself to not cry because the next day is the special day for muslim. We’ll celebrate Eid Mubarak but I need to stay in hospital for at least one week. Then my sister called all the family friends and they came and accompany me. They were really shocked because I never get sick and look so healthy. I was really sad and felt guilty because I made all my friends celebrate the Eid in hospital but what can I do? I also don’t wanna get sick. I also learn that I can’t said that I’m healthy without doing medical check up. Maybe you just look healthy outside but inside, you might get some trouble.

International office (IO) renovation event
I know this event had been held long time ago, but I think it worth to share when I’m having much time now. It begun with Tiffany, one of IO people asked me whether Indonesian student can join the new office announcement event. I said to her that we can help but maybe not for the hard thing like cooking or meal preparation because we’re fasting. She answered okay, you all just need to come and maybe prepared some snacks. We dealed with this idea until one day. We went to Tiffany’s apartment and they asked me to sing chinese song, they said that I sung very very good. Then my friends said “of course tif, her bae is taiwanese, they sing taiwanese song a lot”, I told them it ain’t true. After that, tiffany came with idea for me to sing to the event and when, the rehearsal the dean of IO gave us idea for us to wear the traditional clothes and give tutorial how to wear scarf to the audience. That sound a big deal. Finally, the big day came. We woke up late and we need to reached school at 10. We really really in rush, I even forgot to close my eyeliner and it can’t be used again. The other part run by my friends was really great, until my time to sing. I came to the stage and didn’t say anything, I was so nervous and I just started singing. I didn’t know whether it good or not, but people said it’s good. I was so sad because I could make it better in the first part. All in all, everyone was so happy and we took a lot of pictures together and one of Taiwan TV interviewed me about how was live in Taiwan and how can I learn chinese. I said to her I can’t speak chinese, and she said but u can sing. I was so nervous and I think I didn’t speak very clearly but that’s fine. My job is done…

Gaomei Wetland and water playing
I always like to play with water and all that stuff, that’s the reason why I visited this place. In fact, that ain’t what I said to him. I said “I wanna see the sunset.”, so he took me to the art museum before we go to this place to wait until the sunset time. I had a wonderful time in the museum but I won’t share it now. Let’s talk about Gaomei Wetland.
Gaomei Wetland actually is a land mixed with both sand and soil with water of course. There are big windmills and beautiful beach along the road. Maybe for foreign tourist is hard to get here because not so many public transportations reach this place. I was lucky because I had a Taiwanese friend who can drive me there. This place was really damn beautiful but they are so many many people in the weekend. My suggestion is never visit there on weekends.
At 5pm, we arrived in this place. we didn’t directly go to Gaomei Wetland but we saw the beach and windmills from the other side. We enjoyed the wind and the view of the Gaomei Wetland with full of people. I was really thinking do I need to get close or just sit and see people enjoy playing with water and soil. finally, he said to me “we can go a bit further inside the Gaomei wetland, so u can play with water and see the sunset, I know u want to play with water, don’t lie to me” I just smiled at him that time and followed him to down in the water.
The water is not so deep, so don’t worry if you can’t swim like me. But, be careful with the crab and other ecological creature there. Don’t step on it! there're so many colorful crabs that u can catch here.I was so happy catching crab and playing with the water and soil all the evening. I was thinking of my childhood when I was free to play in the rice field. We didn’t realize that we walked really really far from the crowded because we didn’t bother to take a good picture and just walked and play with the water. I also made a mess with my pant and shirt, it all wet and full with soil. I really like a kid.
And then the sunset came by, that’s really beautiful but we are in a rush because I'll back to Kaohsiung at 8pm. we just saw a bit and got back to train station. Goodbye Taichung.

Hongmaogang Cultural Park Kaohsiung
summer in Kaohsiung was very very and very hot, outside weather can be around 40C. If you are not a sunny lover like me, I believe you will stay inside your room with your aircon on. Therefore, this last Saturday I can’t just stay at home, my friend asked me to go out and I said to him, “what the hell we go outside in this very hot afternoon? do you know I'm fasting right?” he just answer, “fasting can still play lah. I wanna have happy holiday, I'll be there in three hours”. Finally, I gave up and say okay to him, I'll be very cruel if I let him drive all day when I need and not accompany him when he wants. I just came inside his car and did not ask him where he’ll take me.
He drove very far from the downtown, then I saw so many steel company during our journey. that was pretty amazing, I never see the factory in the Xiaogang District (this is the very south district of Kaohsiung) so many big pipes connected each big factories. I was a little bit afraid during the journey, so many big container crossing the street and the street is not good like other streets in Kaohsiung. All of that combined with Taiwanese driving skill means heart attack.
After very long journey, we arrived in Hongmaogang cultural park. I just kept silent and remembered that I forgot to bring my camera. I also forgot to charge my phone, but he just smile and said “I help to take pictures with my phone”. We took several pictures and he told me about how the Chinese people live in the past. I was so happy because finally I can see the old Chinese house and their stuffs. There are candy shop, old fishing village, and many many Chinese houses.There is also a lighthouse which we can see Kaohsiung port. I definitely recommended people to come here at night because the park is opened from 10:00-21:00. It will be very nice to see the pier and the view of park at night. Do not come in the hot afternoon.

Rainy day in Kaohsiung… Last year dragonboat festival holiday gave me feel so warm and hot, but this year is different. This week was full of rain but what can we do, we just planned to go walk to Martryn shrine and Takao Museum. In the early morning, we woke up and headed to Martyn Shrine. The rain was so hard and the fog covered the city, we decided to use umbrella and go hiking in the rain. At that time, I didn't realize that I use umbrella which has so many dog picture then a dog following me. Later on, The dog became our tour guide, he lead us and stop in the good places for taking pictures. I was sad that I didn’t bring any food for him. After taking several pictures we go down to Takao Museum. This museum is former British Consulate in Kaohsiung and the government change it into museum. Just quickly visit is enough because the museum ain’t that big but the view from the uphill is very beautiful. We need to take many many stairs to go up and it’s very slippery because of rain. I’m happy that I don’t fall down like other man before us. That’s what we have in Kaohsiung before we went to Tainan.

I never thought that I’ll reach this step in my life. Go abroad to study master was beyond my dream. How can an ordinary people from poor family study abroad? That’s what I thought before, but no one know Allah plan. If He wanna something happens, then it will happen. Never doubt of Allah hand, His help is unthinkable. Living and study in Taiwan give me a lot of memorable experience. I met so many great people, my professor was the best tutor ever, she helps me a lot during my study. My friends from Indonesia and other countries also give me feel like home and they really care of me. I am so thankful to Allah for this unforgettable study in Taiwan. Without His help, maybe I’m still struggling with my life and my future. Alhamdulillah I was better off now...
Starting Over
There always a day when u need to decide what you do and what the best for yourself. It can be simple things like buying books, shoes or your shirt but there's also a biggest things that u need to choose sometimes. It will give you bigger affect and change your life such as relationship. I believe every girls want to meet the right guy in the right time. In fact, it happens only in fairy tales when the princess need help and the prince comes with his shinning armour for help. What we always face is complicated relationship. Why we need to get the right guy in the wrong time? Can we just live happily ever after? We can't complain everything right? Indeed, we must believe that everything happens for a reason. That's totally hard to do, people born to complain. Why I can't be with him? Why I don't meet him first? Why he need to go? Why can't he just leave her and be with me? Why I need to stay with him? Why my parents don't like him? Why and many many whys cross my mind. Indeed, there's no answer for all your questions. There's only one things that you should know, you can't fight with the truth. Sometimes we just need to put everything down and look at the truth. God is the best writer ever, and His fate is always better than our plan. If your love will hurt others and even yourself. Why not just letting go and start again. You can't be selfish with yourself, there's also so many people love you better than him. I know, your life won't be the same from now, but at least you have courage to let it go.
Final defense full of flowers.... Today, I achieved one of the millstones in my life. I never thought that it'll be so memorable. Starting yesterday, I couldn't sleep and keep awake because I was so nervous. I was thinking how my master thesis presentation will be, it will be run smoothly or not? Can I graduate with my thesis? How about the committee? Do they will ask difficult questions? So many things crossed my mind. At 5am, I decided to woke up and prepared everything. I didn't know what hit me but I really wanna to come really early even I know that my presentation will be held at 9. I believe if God wanna help you, He'll give it without trace. After sit for 10 minutes, one of the committee came and we talked a lot. He also told the question that he'll might ask to me in the presentation. I was shock but I also feel so lucky because I can prepare the answer and try to explain to him in good way. I thought, my presentation was run quite well. Therefore, I still have so many mistakes in my paper and need to revise it as suggested by the committes. 40minutes passed by and I am free now. The most happiness moment from today is when my friends gave me bunch of flowers. We laughed and hug each other. We're so happy to each other because we're family.

Love Sick
Have you ever feel so hopeless because you love someone but he or she doesn't even care of you? If yes, that's really normal... Don't feel so sad or regret 'cause you love someone. People always change their heart a lot. This day, you can love someone so deeply until you can't even breath when he is not around. In the next day, you can forgot him and how you feel about him. Heart always drive you crazy and become the bad master sometimes. You can't control your heart but you can control your mind. If you know that your heart brings you down sometimes, don't take it very seriously. Let your heart feels the happiness and the sorrow, but don't let your mind and your body controlled by your heart. You should stand up and be strong even your heart is weak. Love sick is the first thing that easily bring you down. So don't take it so seriously with your love with people. If you love him and he don't love you back, don't give a f*ck with him. If you seems can't just let go, wait untill your heart settle down. It needs time to forget and forgive someone. I do feel it also, and I try hard to make my heart settle down. Therefore, you need to take concern with your love to God and yourself because only God and yourself can love you truly without any reason. Don't be sad, you'll be strong somehow....there's still so many people love you.
