"I'm a survivor, I'll roll with it."
"We don't like you."
"People always leave."
"Does _____ have to slap a bitch?"
"We're all crazy, some just hide it better than others."
"Somebody told me that this is the place where everything's better and everything's safe."
"I wanted you to fight for me."
"I just wanted them to leave me alone. I just ... I just wanted them to like me."
"I'm the guy for you, _________."
"I've just been sitting here, thinking about how much I love you."
"Who knew my subconscious could be such a bitch."
"It's always gonna be there, isn't it? You and me."
"I'm tired of feeling, okay? I'd rather feel nothing. It's better. It's easier."
"Why don't you do what you're really good at and disappear."
"Always and forever."
"I'll always protect you."
"I'm starting to wonder how much one heart can take."
"It's just hard to let someone go, y'know?"
"Without hope, I wouldn't be able to breathe."
"If you want to hear why I love you, I could go on all night."
"Giving your heart to someone, that's the hard part."
"You think it's easy to be me?"
"I'm afraid this conversation is going to end with goodbye."
"The hearts has reasons that reason cannot know."
"Either you say too much or you don't say enough and then they're gone."
"Is it me? Am I the reason people always leave?"
"So it's true then? That nobody wants me?"
"I know people think I'm stupid, but I'm not dumb. I just let you and the other girls have your way because that's how you need it to be. But I think he's right, pretty soon we're all going to graduate and I can start over. But it'll be harder for the people who need this place to make themselves feel special. People who use high school to build themselves up and then find out that the real world doesn't care so much about who you were in high school. People like you."
"Until you've faced all the mistakes you've made, you'll never change."
"I'm sorry that people do bad things like this, especially to good people, like you."
"But it never seemed like you never missed me, and I guess because of it I stopped missing you."
"And if we never talk again, that'll be fine."
"Maybe she just got scared of needing someone too much."
"Don't say I never gave you anything."
"Don't you dare twist my words around to make yourself feel like you are a two-faced, back stabbing bitch, because you are."
"_____ is missing."
"I can't stand the thought that you'll never come home again."
"It was hard losing you and it was hard seeing you again."
"I am who I am. No excuse."
"I need you to need me back."
"I hate Mondays."
"Everyday that I have to come to this school is just one day I don't have to come back."
"Everyone here is a loser."
"It hurts! It always hurts!"
"This is your bright idea?"
"I mean, to be fair, I wanted to help."Alice just wanted to help Bigby clean his office, but it turned into one big clusterfuck."Do you really need this?" She held up Bluebeard's case file, "He's dead."
{ hello! i noticed you liked my starter call, and i would LOVE to rp with you, but may we discuss how, since we're both alices? }
{I was thinking like a parallel universe! Â c:}
"I would go to the end of the world for you."
"Are you talking to yourself?"
"If you need to talk, I will pretend to listen."
"Any part of you that touches me you're not getting back."
"You get three guesses on where I'm going to stab you with this pencil."
"I think about death every day. I think about YOU every day. It's funny how often the two thoughts coincide."
"Stop telling everyone we're friends! You're amplifying my shame."
"Nature can be so cruel. I mean, look at you. How could it screw up that badly?"
"You're so lucky you don't have any balls for me to kick you in."
"Why don't you slip into something a little more comfortable... like a coma"
"Did it hurt when you dropped from heaven?"
"Did it hurt when you were dropped on your head repeatedly as a baby?"
"Where have you been all my life?"
"And what part of 'I'm taking a bath' did you take to mean 'come on in'?"
SARCASM: a sentence pack
"That went well."
"I hope you're happy now."
"Brilliant."
"Do you ever use your brain, or do you just think those five pounds are a built in workout for your neck muscles?"
"Remind me why I should care."
"Oh, gosh, you've insulted me! What ever shall I do? I'll be mentally and emotionally scared for years!"
"This is your bright idea?"
"Wow, you are just so incredibly funny."
"You keep on telling yourself that, sweetheart."
"Whose idea of a fun time is this?"
"Careful, keep having that much fun and it might actually start being good for your health."
"Yes, because your well-being is definitely my number one concern."
"I'll lose sleep over that. Definitely."
"Oh, no. Whatever shall we do? It's dark and we live in the 21st century!"
"Yeah, sure thing."

âI know theyâre the kind of things children eat, but you have to try them. Theyâre better than they sound, I promise.âÂ
Alice eyed the little fried potato in her hand.
âAnd theyâre called tater tots?â
She rolled it around between her fingers before taking the smallest bite.
â ïŒaybe we should watch Alice in Wonderland. The new one.â of course he was teasing her. The sheriff havenât seen it but the photos he saw on the newspaper looked atrocious. Specially that Deep fellow looking like Ronald McDonaldâs cousin.
âHa ha ha. Â Very funny.â
âBelieve it or not, it was an actually a good movie...compared to my past.â
Something always had to remind her of what happened in the past.
âWe should watch a good movie, something not Fable related.â
âtâs not like it, I donât really get offended but it feels like Iâm watching one incredible bad movie. You know, one of those that Blue, Fly and Pinocchio watches. What was the name again?â a short pause, the sheriff hardly watched any movies at all - specially ones like that â Sharknado ? Yeah, I think it was the name. The one with the shark and the tornado.â
âI see youâre point. Â Itâs a pretty bad movie. Â But thatâs what makes it so good, Bigby.â
âTheyâre called Cult Classics. Â Horrible movies tend to have a following, and that following is what makes them as popular as they are.â
She took a deep inhale of her cigarette.  Blowing the smoke out of the side of her mouth, she tapped the end of it over the ashtray, âWhat would you rather watch?â
â ïŒŹet me rephrase that: are you sure you want to watch a werewolf movie with the Big Bad Wolf?â
âStill donât see the problem. Â Unless youâre offended by wolf movies.â
The relative quiet of the morning - dreary enough outside, but far, far worse in - was broken by heavy footfalls and the loud clanging of keys. Â A pause, during which the younger sibling flung the keys he held at the other, preceded a hissed curse and a glare from his brother, who managed to snatch them from the air before being struck. Â âWatch your back,â he snapped, eyes narrowing.
âHow âbout I watch yours,â the taller responded.  His brother rolled his eyes, prompting the soft-spoken man to continue. ââsâoff âround here.â  Of course it was.  Something was always off around Rutledge.  Ignoring what he fully believed to be unfounded ramblings, also common, the elder of the duo flipped through the keys for the correct one, unlocking the door before them once found.  If the pairâs arguing and the creaky clunk of the rusty lock being opened didnât alert the roomâs inhabitant to the presence of her tormenters, the sickly sweet âgood morning, Miss Liddell,â from the shorter, portly orderly certainly would.
Leaving his brother, still mumbling to himself, in the hallway, he pulled open the heavy door and strode into the cell.  The air did seem heavier here, but he shrugged it off.  It was merely humid and Barnabus was spouting bullshit again.  As usual.
âCowering in the corner this morning, are we?â  The man could barely keep the smile off his face.  Perhaps this was fear he could feel in the air.  Perhaps this was utter terror.  And he liked it.  Reaching the girl, he wrapped his hand about the leather strap on the front of her straitjacket, hoisting her to her feet.  âUp anâ at âem, Miss Liddell,â he purred, locking eyes with her.  Unlike every other morning, however, something was different.  The man felt himself freeze up as his gaze met the girlâs.  It was involuntary and, no matter how much he mentally urged himself to move, he couldnât.  He was stuck.
Realising his brother was no longer with him in the hall, the youngest peered into Aliceâs room. Â Nobody was supposed to be in there alone with her - not after Arlington himself had been stabbed. Â He was about to jokingly scold his sibling, though before he could, the other had frozen up entirely. Â Barnabus waited a moment, unsure if this was some sort of intimidation tactic heâd not thought of. Â When Arlington didnât move after what felt like far too long, the taller slowly treaded to his companionâs side. Â âArlington?â Â No answer. Â A soft huff escaping him, Barnabus reached down and grabbed his siblingâs face, turning his head so he could stare him down in a similar manner done to Alice. Â
Immediately after forcibly moving his brother, Barnabus too locked up.  Something was very, very wrong.  He didnât recall any time he had previously looked deeply into the otherâs eyes like this, but he was fairly sure Arlington had regular human eyes.  Or at leastâŠHe used to.  The manâs entire eye was now blanketed with a pure white, which grabbed the orderlyâs attention and refused to let go.  A mere moment of uncontrollable staring into the vibrant white later, everything started to go black.
She had it all figured out. Â Well maybe not all of it, but most of it. Â Wonderland may have been destroyed, but one thing had stayed the same: the Cheshire Cat. Â When she was brought back to Rutledge, the she had many hallucinations of the cat walking around and talking to her, one of the statements being that she could bring people into Wonderland with her.
âHow could I do that?â  She told him, âItâs been destroyed, thereâs no way to bring it back.â
âAah, but you can, and you must.â  He had told her, âBring back Wonderland, and you bring back yourself.  And with your new Wonderland, comes new possibilities.â
So thatâs what had done. Â Two months after their conversation, Alice had managed to slowly rebuild each part of Wonderland. Â Completion of the Vale of Tears was nowhere near finished, but it was started, and that was good enough for her, and the cat as well. Â A week before, she had seen him in her Wonderland, and he had told her, she could officially bring people in, before shortly disappearing...
Today -Â
Alice was quiet, though being able to talk in Wonderland, she wasnât sure about the possibility of it happening in the real world.  She was going to try it...try and bring people into her Wonderland.  It was going to be those vile, disgusting monsters, that had hurt and destroyed her in the past.
She held a soft grin at the memory of her stabbing the smaller of the two, it slowly disappearing as she thought of the aftermath of her turning it to herself.
There was spouts of bickering outside her cell door, and she knew it was them. Â Arlington and Barnabus, or as she thought of them, Shortstack and Bulldog.
She closed her eyes, before the smaller hoisted her up by her straps. Â When she opened her eyes, it seemed like she knew what to do.
Staring straight into Arlingtonâs eyes, she thought of Wonderland, she thought of taking him there, she thought of herself there with him...
And She Was Gone...
Snow was making a more active effort to get to know all the Fables in both the Woodland and the surrounding areas of Fabletown. The incident with the Crooked Man had left her shaken at just how horribly the government had been serving the people of the community. Especially those who were more in need than others.Â
Snow unlocked the Business Officeâs large mail box as she spoke, not being the sort to take Saturday (or even Sunday or holidays) off from work. She wasnât in her usual suit, but she looked tidy and professional even in jeans. âWell, I noticed youâre around the building a lot, and Iâm looking to expand my staff. I havenât had many applicants, though. I thought you might be interested, if youâre not already busy doing something else.âÂ
The fact that someone -- a government employee no less-- sought interest in her, left Alice a little suspicious. Â What did she want? Â But the thought of maybe someone actually not wanting to know about her past, and just wanting to know about her, herself, made her smile. --which didnât happen often--
âI donât do much these days. Â I tend to sit in my apartment. Â I would love to help though.â
A job. Â An actual job opportunity. Â And in a place where there are books. Â How could this day get any better.
