Even for soldiers who have trained specifically for such things, a 20-mile march is a fucking grueling experience. Nobody should have to do that and then be expected to work for eight hours. That is literally insane.

It isn’t just a 20 mile walk. He woke up way earlier than he would have on a work day, getting little to no sleep. Walked 20 miles to work. THEN FUCKING WORKED HIS SHIFT, subscribing to the idea that AFTER his shift he would then have to walk 20 miles home, only to do it again the next day.

This wasn’t a 20 mile hike, this man was going to walk 40 miles with a full work shift in the middle. Fuck **a n y b o d y** who thinks this is just proving your worth to your employer. It worked out ok for this one guy, but guess what, there are people across the world who work for employer’s with a much smaller heart than this guys’.

This is really not okay.

I think some people fail to realize that men can be sexually assaulted, too, and not just by other men. This girl shoves him against the wall and slaps him three fucking times when he pushes her away. Heck, he has to push her away twice before she backs off for a moment.
