Hey Riley, have you met any Mimikyus or Alolan Raichus yet?
Scout: Yeah, totally! Riley’s cousin, Moana, is an Alolan Raichu! Professor Oak also told me that Riley is from Alola! They were a gift from his cousin, that the Professor gave to me when I started my journey.
Hey guys! Just popping in to give everyone a small heads up:
I hope to start my Crystal stream within the next month or so! I’ll have more information as I get everything ready for that, but yep! We’re doin’ this!
I’m still working on reformatting SfA: Yellow Edition to a full comic, so, unfortunately the comic is still on a hiatus, but I’ll try hard to get some concepts and fun stuff for you guys.
Thanks to everyone for hanging around and being so patient with me.
I love your your Moon team so much and it's awesome that your Alolan Raichu and Riley are cousins! What about your other team members? I love Pokémon Sun and Moon too! Best PKMN game ever! Can't wait to see more of your nuzlocke too!
As far as my Yellow team goes, I can’t tell you who makes it to the end, because thems would be spoilers.
But my Moon team!
We have
Eliron, the Primarina ♂ (named after my gijinka )Mocha, the Lycanroc ♂Dion, the Lurantis ♂Daeva, the Marowak ♀Kaijo, the Kommo-o ♀and Moana, the Raichu ♀
Now, I didn’t play Moon as a Nuzlocke, so this isn’t Scout’s official Alola team. I will be Nuzlocking my copy of Sun, however!
So I finished Pokemon Moon and MAN!! What an experience it was. Thank you Nintendo and Gamefreak, Pokemon Moon is now probably my favorite game in the entire series.
To celebrate! Scout, Riley, and my champion team.
Fun fact: Riley and Moana, my Alolan Raichu, are cousins! Riley was born in the Alola region and was given to Professor Oak from his cousin, who then gave them to Scout when she began her journey! This explains why Riley is an expert swimmer and surfer.
Something I love about picking Harvey and Bailey to replace the Rocket trio is that YEARS ago I decided to name them Harvey and Bailey after an old depression era bank robber from the midwest
To keep up with the trend of naming Rocket duos after outlaws. 👍 It just makes it work that much better here.
A mysterious duo of foreign Rocket operatives that Giovanni himself called into Kanto for a job that very few are privy to.
The twins Bailey and Harvey come from Unova, where they specialize in the study of Legendary Pokemon and retrieval of Legendary Artifacts. Rumor says that they had a nasty encounter with the Legendary Ho-Oh in Johto, but most of the grunts pass it off as just that - a rumor.
Most are quick to notice that Bailey does all the talking, seeing as Harvey is a mute. he seems to get his point across well enough with just a stern look however. Another detail to note is the prized Alolan Meowth Bailey always seems to have with her, even when she’s not in uniform. Harvey complains that this makes them less conspicuous, but Bailey doesn’t seem to care.
This year Pallet had an outstanding four youngsters leave to participate in the League Challenge! Let’s meet these bright young individuals, shall we?
Scout Ja Kim
Starter Pokemon: Pikachu “Riley”
After getting into some trouble in Johto, her home, she was sent to live with her father, Pallet town local and breeder for starters in Kanto. Though she’s not allowed to participate in the League in her home region for aforementioned trouble she got in, Professor Oak has decided to make a special exception and let her join the League in Kanto.
Gossip runs amok in Pallet Town, and aside from her father and Professor Oak, much of the town suspects she’ll return from a failed challenge before long. Scout though, is ever stubborn, and has a superb skill in Pokemon communication, which will only help her along her journey.
Leaf, along with her brother, were born and raised in Pallet and are the two star children of the town. Leaf always received high marks in school, and is the most read up and prepared of the four on what to expect on their journey. She’s a bit of a talker, ready to butt in with any answer she thinks she knows, and to her credit, she knows a lot of answers.
Gary “Blue” Oak
Starter Pokemon: Eevee “Cena”
Following the unexpected death of their parents, Gary and his sister Daisy came to live with their grandfather, Samuel Oak, when Gary was a small child. He developed a bit of an entitled and arrogant attitude from his “celebrity” status, and will tell you first hand how he’ll be Kanto’s champion in no time. Gary made an attempt a few years back to start his League Challenge before the others, but was denied by his grandfather for making some extremely poor decisions with the Pokemon he was supposed to be given.
Jack “Red” Anlon
Starter Pokemon: Charmander “Bob”
A bit of a quiet kid, Red carries the expectations of the town to become the next Champion and represent their small, quiet home in the League. Though he normally lets his sister do most of the talking, Red has an almost encyclopedic knowledge of type effectiveness, and watches recorded League battles in his spare time.

I’ve already announced that Scouting for Adventure would be converted into a full comic style nuzlocke, and I had originally planned on starting this with part five, and eventually going back and redoing the first four parts.
But I’ve been considering now just starting from the beginning, that way I don’t have to go back LATER, and so new readers don’t have to go from the old format to the new one.
