First time drawing Rotten Fruit Mei too! I think she might have a crush, just a lil one.
Mei's horns are a lil stubby cause she's 14. She has like a child/teenage motorized bike, she's also a dragon so she'd take less damage in a crash if she had one, but she still wears a riding suit because her parents don't want her hurt, and she thinks it looks cool.
I absolutely love @nyahalloshop's designs, and I've wanted to draw Chao-Xing in their witchy sweater dress, so I did here :3 I just made it more blue/purple than green as it was originally.
This scene is from chapter 9 of Bitter Peach, titled Teen Lesbian Detectives because it's these two messing around doing admittedly very unwise shenanigans.
