Al-Afia is a young girl who is facing the possibility of amputation after a traffic accident left her foot with painful fractures and deformities. The only chance she has at saving her leg is seeking specialized care abroad.

The cost of flights, visas, accommodation, and medical care is exorbitant. Just a plane ticket and a medical visa costs $900 per person.

I never imagined I would have to write something like this. My life changed suddenly after a serious health problem that left me unable to work. Since then, every day has been a struggle just to provide the basic needs for my family.
