[TEXT]: That judge wonât help your case at all, you know.
elektraxnatchios:
[ text;; the light ] Iâll humor your ways for an evening.
[TEXT]: Just one? Come on.
Do you have any strong feelings for anyone now?
âI do.â
Who have you been in love with?
âElektra, Natasha, Claire, and Karen.â
elektraxnatchios:
Elektra never did anything without intent. Not a single motion unaccounted for; especially since sheâd been reborn. Her desire to live outweighed the senseless thoughts that reminded her of the missions. Destroy. Reclaim. Rebuild. She didnât want to be the monster that polluted the already deteriorating society but it seemed so much easier to be bad. Since her revival, sheâd tried to keep a lower profile, it made making the kill simpler. People donât usually question ghosts. Yet, sheâd been leaving marks all over this city for one man to find. âMatthew, Matthew, Matthew ever always the romantic.â She stepped to the side opening her space to him. Elektra hadnât felt so conflicted but seeing him stirred something inside of her.
âIt was only a matter of time. Now are you going to fiddle with yourself like a sinner in church or are you going to come in?â
No one said Matthew quite like her. It bothered Matt, in more ways that one. âYou know me too well,â he parried, flatly. Something indecisive flickered in her body, making Matt ease up just a little. Why was she here? What was she up to?
âI save the fiddling for confession,â Matt retorted, refusing not to acknowledge how ridiculous their arguments could get when one stretched the metaphors too far. After her invitation, he stepped inside, wanting a âlookâ at the interior. All the entry and exit points would be covered, per her training, but like Natasha, Matt wanted to see the place described through Elektraâs eyes and words. Were they the same eyes? Did the Black Sky care for anything but the Hand? He wasnât sure. âDo you mind?â He asked, marginally politer. She would know what he meant.
thcenchantress:
âThat sounds like a useful contact,â Amora replied, asking no more further questions. If Daredevil was unwilling to divulge who this nurse was, she supposed it was of little consequence. âI suspect weâll have more fun patching up any theoretical wounds together, Daredevil,â she said flirtatiously, trailing her fingers down his arm. He listened to her with rapt attention, and his questions further proved his captivation with her. âIâm from California, but my parents were enamoured with Spain,â she explained, lying easily. âAmora means love in Spanish,â she finished, grateful that sheâd bothered researching what her name signified on Midgard. âHow did you choose your moniker, handsome?â
Her grasp on time wasnât harsh, cutting, as it had been with some thralls in the past. It was like tendrils, caressing his psyche, inspiring new instincts within him. As he rushed into action, Amora stepped forward, observing him from the edge of their perch.
Daredevilâs blows were harsh, unafraid of severely injuring his adversaries. That was what she desired, a man who was unafraid of getting his hands dirty, a wicked opponent, fearless. She observed with a conniving smile on her face, relishing in his movements, and the ripple of his muscles beneath the red spandex. When he spoke, she hopped off the ledge, knowing he would panic about her safety. Her secret would go no further, Amora was confident, not while Daredevil was enamoured. âYou were incredible,â she replied. âIâve never enjoyed a display so thoroughly. Where did you learn to fight like that?â
Contact with Amora better resembled nips of static electricity than a simple touch to his suit. The fact that he felt her straight through the leather would usually provoke an inquiry, but Matt was a little...distracted at the moment, to say the least.
Her name rolled off her tongue as his did, making him smile. In Mattâs job, eloquence was a virtue. In Mattâs personal life, a voice went a long way into shaping his way of seeing someone. Dulcet tones, a gesture that was unlike any other womanâsâMatt was very distracted. âWhat brings you so far east?â He had to ask.
âIn all honesty, I didnât pick it,â Matt admitted, momentarily amused. âSome genius reporter put it on a headline and it stuck.â Having no name at all wouldâve made the criminal underworld even more anxious, but Matt supposed some things couldnât be helped.
She joined him below, startlingly fast. Concern warred with curiosity, but her heartbeat never changed. Her breathing stayed the same. The only difference between before and now was that she was smiling again. He was sure of it. âDo you go looking for fights often?â He wondered, unable to hide the teasing note from his voice, nor the investigative tendency to unearth any available details. The curiosity over her skill vanished before Matt noticed. âFrom old friends of mine, actually. Stick,â he explained, âand Natasha. I learned from the best.â
What good thing happened this summer?
âMy noisy neighbor finally moved out.â
What kind of people are you attracted to?
âThe stunning kind with a questionable character, according to Foggy.â
elektraxnatchios:
[ text;; the light ] Will we be playing by your rules?
[TEXT]: We will.
Have you ever been in love? Do you regret it?
âFour times. No.â
Is there anyone you want to punch in the face right now?
âFrank, but I can wait for that.â
Who are your closest friends?
"Foggy, Karen, Claire, and Natasha.â
How do you feel knowing Elektra is alive?
"Very concerned.â

( âď¸ âĄď¸ Ally Mcbeal ) That sounds a lot like acting, Mister Murdock. Do they teach acting skills at the law school? ( âď¸ âĄď¸ Ally Mcbeal ) I go by Sharon.
[TEXT]: Unofficially, yes. Hammy prosecutors are usually memorable. Gets the juryâs gears rolling.
[TEXT]: If Iâm calling you Sharon, you can call me Matt.
elektraxnatchios:
[ text;; the light ] Show me a better way that works. Change my mind, Matthew.Â
[TEXT]: Come with me on patrol again. Youâll see.
