be careful with 0kcal drinks and sweeteners
they are actually really bad for your health, the issues include metabolic syndrome which one of the symptoms happens to be WEIGHT GAIN, studies have shown that diet soda drinkers have higher risks of stroke and dementia and are more likely to get over-weight
please be careful and dont drink a lot of diet soda or use too much 0kcal sweetener
it's okay to drink 0kcal beverages, you'll not die or gain weight if you drink a can or two of diet coke, I just made this post cuz I constantly see people acting like 0kcal stuff can't do any bad for you and like nothing's gonna happen if you drink a whole litter of sugarfree soda
drink your sugarfree drinks, use your 0kcal sweetener, but in MODERATION
