I love that in Catching fire Katniss comes to the conclusion the other tributes are trying to keep Peeta alive because they must see how amazingly perfectly wonderful he is. When in actuality that’s just her having a crush and everyone else recognizing that if Peeta gets hurt Katniss will go fully feral and unhinged and probably try to kill everyone and then herself.

i finished playing republic commando last week and just cannot stop thinking ab them
every time i see a mention of commander fox outside of tumblr its always some very weirdly motivated hate. "but he is a cop" my brother in christ they are all part of the military against their own will
leave Fox the hell alone. He is a poor man who has a literal sith lord for a boss and has no choice in the matter. He just needs some good food and some sleep, leave him aloneeeee!
Not only that, but Fox is a good person who cares about the safety and lives of others. He could be an abusive, uncaring, vile person but he's not.
If you look at all his scenes, you can tell that. When Cad Bane was taking people hostage, he ordered his men to stand down to avoid anyone getting hurt. When the bombing of the temple happened and the person (they thought) was responsible was caught these were literally his first words: "a lot of innocent people died in that explosion, good job capturing her"
Even the Fives incident. We know he was ordered to shoot to kill by palpatine (there's no way he would leave Fox stunning him to chance) but what does he do when closing in on this supposed dangerous rogue trooper? He still gives him the chance to stand down, repeatedly he asks Fives to "stand down, soldier, don't do it" practically begging his brother not to force his hand and it's only when he sees Fives grab a weapon, putting others in danger, that he finally shoots.
All I'm saying is, Fox has had every chance to be the kind of pig we all hate, and he never was. He never had a choice in being the commander of the Coruscant Guard, but he made the choice to always protect the innocent when he could.
the fact miguel’s suit is a hologram that he is completely naked in sheds some light on his little panic attack when miles was sucking that shit up to charge his sting on the tram like miguel really thought he was about to be balls out 400ft in the air with every spiderman ever staring up at his taint
