You should leave it. That way old friends or maybe even you can come back and read old threads you enjoyed back then. At least make sure you won’t regret it if you delete it, because you can undo that after a week
That’s a good point. I have a feeling that I won’t be coming back to write on mike again, but I’ll leave this blog up for other people.

[ okay, I guess I have some explaining to do.
I really wanted to come back to this blog. I missed writing Mike, and I missed the people I wrote with.
But things have changed to much. The community has changed too much, the people are not the same people I wrote with. Time has changed you. I’ve changed. I’m no longer the scared, depressed kid who wrote Mike Dodds in 2017. I can’t get back into the right headspace to write. This character is one I’ll always have a soft spot for, and I love and appreciate the way I was welcomed back.
Things have changed too much for me to come back, and I think that if I do, I’ll always feel like I don’t belong anymore. It’s like trying to put a round peg into the square shaped hole I left when I logged out in 2017. I’ll never really fit in- my writing is still stuck two years ago.
Thank you to everyone who talked and wrote with me. It meant a lot. I don’t know if I’m going to leave this blog up or simply delete it, but either way, I’ll miss y’all and I’m sorry.]
[ I’m still around, guys! I’m sorry I haven’t been online much lately- I’ve had major writer’s block as well as a couple of really awful weeks. I’ll hopefully be back in the next few days, I just have a couple of energy-consuming things I need to do in my life before I can. ]

[ again, sorry for not writing today. I had a psych assessment this morning and I’m still kind of reeling from that? and im physically not doing so good bc of how far I had to walk. oh, and a bus driver illegally denied me service because I have a service dog so I’m going to have to report that. all in all- a long, frustrating day ]
[ everything has changed so much in the rpc since I left and there are new people, new trends, new everything. I feel like im a relic, I guess. like I used to belong but I don’t anymore. ]
[ I did a bit of writing today but I’m simply too stressed about an appointment tomorrow to be able to write more. it’s all I can think about right now, so I think I’m just. going to go play video games. ]

Mike can only sigh and rub his face. “He’s been calling me twice a day to talk about Joint Terrorism,” he explains. “I can’t keep him at bay forever.”
It’s frustrating. He’s only just started to feel like he’s settled into his position at SVU and gotten on good terms with the squad. Rollins has been particularly tough to become amicable with, and he’s not entirely sure things won’t go downhill again. It's always been like this, though- it had started the second he'd decided to leave the K9 unit. Mike moves to sit down on the couch, and slumps over. “I think he’s catching on that I’m with someone, too. That’s even harder to keep private from him.”
