My breakfast at Ibis Hotel, Phuket, Thailand.
My breakfast again : cottage cheese with kiwi and banana, cup of coffee with non-fat milk. Yum!
My healthy breakfast today : egg sprinkled with sea salt and black pepper, whole-grain bread with peanut butter and banana, grapefruit and cup of espresso. A lot of proteins for breakfast! Yep!
Yummy and super healthy!!!
Lunch : whole grain bread with avocado sprinkled with sea salt and lemon juice, olives and cup of coffee without sugar.
Nutrition facts: 50g whole grain bread , 45 g avocado, 30g green olives = 230 calories, 5g Protein, 9g Fat, 25g Carbs. Healthy lunch! Have a nice day!
Lunch for today : potatoes and chicken breast on grill pan (without oil and sprinkled with black pepper) with green olives.
Nutrition facts: 60g grilled potatoes, 60g grilled chicken breast, 40g green olives = 190 calories, 15g Protein, 2g Fat, 18g Carbs. Tasty and healthy lunch! I love my new grill pan!
i just converted your goal weight to lbs and realized that it most likely is NOT a healthy goal. I'm not a hater or anything but i enjoy following health blogs; i just cannot follow yours because of this concern. Your body is already beautiful and toned. feel free to answer this privately as i feel it is more of a personal, inquisitive matter :)
Thanks for your worry!;) I also want to be healthy. But I see that I still have some fat. So 46 kg is good goal weight individually for me. I am not anorexic and feel myself good.

Nutrition facts: 130g cottage cheese, 50g apple, 50g kiwi, 50g banana, 150g coffee without sugar, 50g non-fat milk = 165 calories, 13g Protein, 2g Fat, 23g Carbs. Low-calorie and delicious breakfast!
My new addiction is avocado:) Earlier I ate it exceptionally in salads, but this time I tried it on the bread with sea salt and sprinkled with lemon juice. It was very delicious and now I am addicted to such breakfast:)

My results of "500 jumping jacks a day" challenge
I promised to tell you about my results of "500 jumping jacks a day" challenge. I have some results. I found that this challenge does not give me desired results. On the contrary, I feel appetite increase by 2 times and I eat more than normal. Thus all efforts at weight loss are reduced to zero. So this method is not working for me! Now I started to try a new method for becoming lean. I started to count calories and I can tell that this method is WORKING! Calculate optimum number of calories a day on your weight, height and activity and just reduce the daily diet intake by 200 calories! And the weight move out of place! It really works!

sophie-keep-smiling : Hi :) I just came across your blog through one of my followers, and saw that your goal weight is 45kg... at your height that puts you at a bmi below the diagnostic criteria for anorexia (and your weight is already 'underweight') I know this probably isn't my place, and feel free to ignore this message, but it just really upset me to read this as I am currently recovering from anorexia, and to see the restrictive diet you are imposing on yourself in order to reach this weight made me worried :( x
oatmealgirl : Dear Sophie, don't worry about my goal weight! Now I am 47 kg and feel very good, but my weight doesn't want to become lower. May be it's my optimal weight. But I wish to make changes, may be my last goal weight will be 46 kg not 45. May be I will be satisfied with this result. I am not too lean and skinny now and have enough body fat to lose. According to bmi 65 kg is normal weight for my height, but how could it be true?! I will be a huge fat cake :) I think everything is relative! Thanks for your worry!
I saw the weight for height of Victoria's Secret models and all of them according to the standards suffer from anorexia. But they do not look sick! Are you agree with me?
