I just feel like I'm not improving at the rate that I want to right now. I've been stuck at 9:00-9:15 minute miles for a couple of weeks and it seems like it's not getting better and I'm getting discouraged. Hopefully I can break it soon, I really need to start improving now so I'll be ready in time for my first cross country season ever 😬 ...and I'm a sophomore in college. I know that's insane
