It's okay to feel sad. It's okay to feel lonely. It's okay to listen to music which makes you feel even worse. It's a coping mechanism, it's okay.
Sadness is fine and no one ever have the right to judge you for the way you feel, not even you.
Give yourself a permission to be sad, to be in pain. Pain is not a weakness. Denying is.
When you are injured, it hurts. Your body shows you exactly the place where something went wrong. It shows you this specific area must be protected and healed, it needs some extra attention.
Same with your emotions. It's okay to be in pain, don't hate the pain, don't struggle, accept it, listen to it, learn from it. Pain is just a signal you should read, it means there's something wrong. Go all the way down, learn something new about yourself, hit the very bottom — and use it as a platform to push yourself up. Change what’s need to be changed.
Don’t be afraid, you can do this. You are so strong, look back and see, nothing could destroy you and nothing would. You are very brave. And you are needed and loved. Everything's gonna be fine.
