Still cant believe I met these guys. Loz signed my shirt and I hugged him >:) Then I saw the rest of the guys wandering through the field. My friend called them over and got the whole band to sign her chest XD Sean said Thanks Boobs before he moved on to sign my shirt x|D God I love those guys. It was my first time in a moshpit, I usually just stand at the back and nod to the music but this time I fucking lost control and I went nuts. It was fucking great; btw thanks to the brown haired boy who thought it was funny to grind against me when I was being squashed and punched me in the nose and boob. You sir; are a giant twat.
Could you make a post about all the bands you've seen. Your experience.
20T4 Festival July 2011. This was my first experience with live music. My older sister got me the tickets and surprised me on the day that we were going. I was more excited to see Mcfly than anything else. (Don’t judge me, I was only fourteen.) Due to my shy personality we decided on sitting on the sand with everyone else at the back instead of trying to get to the stage. Plus there was screens we could watch from. It was the hottest day of the year and there was allot of people who were crowed surfed to the first aid tent. Mcfly - March 2012I adored Mcfly at fourteen years old. I went to see them with my big sister who got me the tickets for an early birthday present. I was surprised at how many old people who were there singing and screaming along. xD The supporting acts were Ivy Rise who did a pop rock version of Set Fire To The Rain. Dive Bella Dive were awesome too, check those guys out. Asking Alexandria - November 2014This was my first experience with going to a ‘Heavy Gig’. I know there not considered the heaviest band in the history but I was only sixteen years old with anxiety and shyness issues. I remember looking at videos of them live on you tube with the wall of death and praying not to get stuck in one. It was the greatest night of my life. I was jumping around singing along and I never felt so happy before. By the end of the show my feet were close to falling off. Secrets: They were amazing live and I got to talk to the vocalist outside. The Ghost Inside: Down to earth band who id definitely see again. Crown The Empire: Boy they sure knew how to get wild. I got pushed into the pit and my friend held onto my hood to save my life, I also got a shoe to the face. One guy got squashed and yelled “I have Ebola!” Yeah they soon backed off. xDNeck Deep - 2016 My Best friend of three years have been obsessed with Neck Deep. She rang me up one night screaming, saying she had bought tickets for both of us to go to Wales to see Neck Deep. Not going to lie, I was not excited about it but I put on a grin for her sake. It was the band, I love Neck Deep so much and I have so much respect for them. It was Wales, a place that only brings me bad memories. I was on edge all night but boy did I have the time of my life. After reminding myself constantly that nothing was going to happen, i’ve never felt so much energy in one place in all my life, we all came together as one. Seeing the smile on my friends face made it so worth it. The Light Years: Massive shout out to those guys, they were awesome. State Champs: Fucking amazing vocals and the energy that they gave off.Creeper: One of my new favourite bands, they got everyone over the rails xDNeck Deep: They are amazing on Digital, but they are even better live! My best friend said it was the best day of her life. Slipknot - 2015I have never been so grateful in all my life. I received the tickets on Christmas morning in a Christmas card. I was over the moon. Korn: I didn’t really know much about this band but now there one of my all time favourite bands. Jonathan was cracking cheesy jokes throughout the show and even came out with his Scottish Kilt playing the bagpipes. King 810: My favourite band, I did not know who these guys were before I saw them live. I searched them up on you tube and they scared me shitless haha. They are way better live, they are fucking amazing. Slipknot - 2016To this day this will always be a day that I will always remember for the rest of my life. I have never had so much fun in all my life. At the end of the show I had make up all down my cheeks due to where I was so emotional I cried a bit, emotion and also tears. This band means allot to me, there music always distracted me from the things I had to go through. We were sat around the weirdest but awesome people I have ever known in all my Eighteen years of life. One guy sat up and let one rip right next to my friend and wafted it. When Slipknot walked out he said ‘I’ve always wanted to see Beyonce Live”XDOh god, the two guys in front of us though. Me and my friend photo bombed them while they took a selfie. They were both kinda old guys. One dressed as Corey with the mask, and the other dressed as Chris with the overalls. Through out the show everyone around them had moved except us. They were going absolutely nuts. Jumping, Screaming, singing along like they were on stage. It was pure entertainment. The Corey dude then proceeded to suck on the Chris’s dudes nose. He sucked his nose off basically, then he turned and asked if I wanted a go XD. I met a nice lad with an accent called Liam, massive shout out to that dude. He noticed me having a anxiety attack and pushed his way over to me and asked if I was okay. We had a little conversation and we introduced ourselves. I never got to say thank you or bye. While Slipknot played, I felt so at home. I cant explain it but I’ll never forget that night. On the way there and back we had to get a shuttle bus filled to the brim with fans, I couldn’t breathe but it was worth it.
