May AWARENESS month:

Millions are suffering, 25% of which live in darkened rooms for years and sometimes decades. I know many of them, beautiful people who have had their lives stollen. I’ve lived years in a dark room, still having days/weeks needing to stay in a dark/quite room, all hurts even my brain and any light, sound or smell can make me sicker.. If i open the curtains Must wear my sunglasses indoors, bed etc.. A day with a few “normal” hours is an epic celebration! Never know how long i have before i go down the hill.. payback is horrid if i over do things..Yet many don’t have even 5 minutes of “normality” so i can consider myself lucky after all…

How serious is CFS/ME?

I was wondering how many of you have heard about the #millionsmissing campaign? I only saw it for the first time today in @sassyspoonie’s post. There will be protests around the world (one of them in London) on the 25th of this month and anyone not well (or free) enough to attend could send a pair of shoes (although the last post date is tomorrow so…) @sassyspoonie has put a link up where you can find more information 🌸 As it’s maybe a little late to physically ‘post’ shoes (or order them on Amazon~ great idea!!!) I think on the day I’ll ‘post’ my shoes on here and tag it #millionsmissing to show support 💙 If anyone else wants to I think it would be a nice way of joining in 🌸
