1 thing i loathe but also like about tumblr's algorithm is that if i interact with One singular post relating to something my entire dash will get filled with that thing . And the reason this is both good and bad is bc Yay thing i like is flooding my feed. but also. Oh other thing i kinda like is flooding my feed despite me not wanting to only see that

I hate social media because so many people I thought I could trust have ended up completely disappointing me time and time again.

So many of my favorite artists I looked up to ended up being asshats, or creepy as fuck. Or I get ignored and dismissed bc Im not a popular or good enough artist to acknowledge for them. I hate this stupid cycle of selfishness and cruelty so much. I wanna share my art w the world and make it if I can but the art community feels so unwelcoming at the moment... mean-spirited as hell rn. I took some time away from all major socials, I barely count tumblr bc I don't have alot of friends on here and Im pretty content with that. It's a break away from the constant anger, sadness and disappointment I feel from other big social apps. I wish the world was in a nicer state. Im sorry if i sound stupid.
