OC Court Case #11, Alexandria Agape, a young Greek Goddess in a world where everyone recognizes and lives amongst gods.
A NEW YEARS SURPRISE- A new episode of the OC Court of Justice will be airing at 1 PM (PST) today (1/2/2021)!Ā
This character had me flipping back and forth on my conviction- so much so I had to re-record a few parts. Stay tuned to find out who! Are yaāll ready?
Thank you @lilimotā for being supportive by sharing so many of my posts! May you be blessed by this dancing pug.
Hi! I just want to ask a quick question! I have some characters that I want to get reviewed (they are not ready yet though, I still have a lot of writing to do) but I'm also planning on putting them in a comic and dont want certain plot points spoiled for the actual project. I've had difficulty getting proper in depth critique on these characters though and I do want to make sure they are passable for when I do make the comic. How should I go about this? sorry if this is an annoying question.
Your question is not annoying at all! š
That is pretty tricky. I was faced with the same conundrum with getting in-depth critiques on my game. Currently, my best advice is for you to ask a few people you really trust to take a look at all of your charactersā information and to be sure they know that you donāt want them to leak certain details to anyone else. I donāt think thereās a better work around if you really want to iron them out as much as possible.
I hope this helps. Have a good one!
Hello. Iām just a simple user. I really like your work so far and I want to learn from it, I plan on sending an oc later. Happy 2019 ^^š§
Aw, thank you! Iām so sorry that I only got around to this now. I hope to see your OC one day. Happy Almost 2021! š¤£
Can i submit a character that doesn't have a visual design yet but has a written design?
Sure, you can. Although having visual references does make them a more likely candidate for a court case.
Do you have any tips for making sure none of your characters end up having the same personality? Or just creating personalities in general? Thank you
One method could be to create a list of situations and to write down how each of your OCs would react to them. If they all react extremely similarly, you may want to consider tweaking their personality a bit. Of course, there will be some situations that most people would react the same in (crying at a funeral, for instance), so take into account basic human nature as well.
I hope this helps!
Dear OC Court, I would be honored if you would take my Black Butler OC, Dawn Wakefield, to court. I have worked on her for the past two years, and it would mean the world to see her in an "OC Court of Justice" video. How do I give you the Deviantart link to her? Tumblr won't let me link it in the question. Please respond soon, I'll be waiting excitedly and hoping.
Iām so incredibly sorry that itās taken me this long to get around to your question. š I hope that my answer reaches you!
If you havenāt already found the form to submit your OC (and itās entirely possible you made this question before the form even existed, haha) hereās a link to it.
Have a good day!
By Chance, do you take SCP OCs? LIke doctors monsters the works. I had one of those lying around and I was looking it over and thought that maybe you could critique it.
Oh sure, Iād love to critique SCP OCs. š
A new series has been added to the channel- Character Case Files!
Iāll be sharing with you characters and character archetypes, often times from legends and folklore. Today Iāll be sharing with you an old legend that inspired one of the most frighteningly iconic characters of our time.
If you enjoy the video, please like and share it!

Heyo! How dare I nearly forget to post a new upload here.
My YouTube channel is going under some major updates- but also- a new video has been uploaded! It will be in the next post. Originally uploaded on Oct 27th, 2020
Whatās the Hap
Hey, everyone! Itās been a while since yaāll have heard anything from me.
My main channel is definitely still running! But as you all know, my game is my utmost priority right now. Even so, my channel is on my mind a lot! Iām looking forward to making more videos for you guys and I feel pretty bad that my YouTube has temporarily turned into a bit of a ghost town.
The development of my game is taking quite a bit longer than expected, but as someoneās first big project (especially a video game) that isnāt much of a surprise. At times Iāve gotten weighed down by obstacles both inside and outside development, but my work means a lot to me and Iām fully committed to finishing Fleshport.
Honestly, Iām not sure what everyone will think of it once itās done, but regardless, Iām proud of what Iāve been able to accomplish and Iāll be happy to have all this experience under my belt for the next venture in my career!Ā
But, uh, back to the main reason why I made this post...
Iāve been contemplating a couple things lately. One, if I could simply devote one day a week to working on OCCOJ content and the rest of the week to my day job/working on my game; Two, what ways I can keep in touch with you guys between long lulls in video posts.
For a while Iāve thought about creating a personal Twitter account that would also host OCCOJ related stuff. I havenāt at this point because I already have so many accounts to manage. Why did I do this to myself?
I may delete some unused/unnecessary accounts in order to hyper focus on maintaining a few important ones.Ā
I donāt feel this Tumblr page would be appropriate for what I want to do because I want to mix a few personal things into my posts instead of the focus being only OCCOJ.
How would you guys feel if I created a Twitter or Instagram? Please let me know what you think by taking this poll! I appreciate your input.Ā
Have a good day, everyone. Iāll talk to you all later!
Oh hey, look! An appropriately themed video for todayās date. What a coinkidink.
Letās explore creating romantic relationships between characters. Who will you pair your character with? What will their relationship be like? And how will it all tie up in the end?
Sucks, I donāt have any developed back-story for my favorite oc (well technically because I maaay have been overboard with the tragic clichĆ©s and itās more of a āpoof heās there and heās like this donāt askā oc š¬) Soo... I canāt submit it I guess ?
If there is little to no information on their backstory, then I am afraid not! Dx
Court requests are finally open again! Please fill out this form if you would like your character to possibly be featured in an episode of the OCCOJ.
Hey everyone, I hope youāve all been doing well!Ā
Iām here to update you with the new way Iāll be accepting character submissions to the OC Court of Justice. My goal is not only to have one place where I collect submissions, but also to inform artists as to what theyāre signing up for!
If you have previously submitted character, please consider submitting them again through this form.
Thank you for reading!
Weāre fascinated by reading, watching, and making characters with different mental illnesses and disorders, though how should we execute them in a way thatās true and understanding to that illness/disorder?
A lot of us worry about making our characters into a self-insert, but what really constitutes a self-insert?
