Odyssey spoilers!!:

Dude, holy fuck. I went in scared it would be butchered with just how many A list actors were packed onto the screen, but Christopher Nolan’s portrayal of everything was equally horrifying as it was captivating. Everything from the training of Telemachus to the return of Odysseus. Gorgeous, gorgeous film.

I had my skeptics for Matt Damon’s Odysseus, but I would like to formally apologize here. The way in which he delivered his lines was stunning alongside Christopher’s pacing.

Zendaya’s Athena, such short screen time, but so powerful in its simplicity.

Loved Robert Pattinson as Antonius. I have to give him his tens. But him screaming for the suitors to grab more weapons in desperation was funny.

I don’t wanna hear SHIT about Lupita as Helen and her twin, won’t take it. She had a small role but she KILLED (literally).

But Circe, in all honesty, was what brought it home for me. The chills I got for her entire scene, I was captured by it in horror, but I could hardly look away. Her line delivery is something else.

They were ALL actinnggg. It kept me captivated the entire time and I still feel like I need more.

I have never had such a visceral reaction to a movie like this, but Christopher the man you are… I will not be able to put this to rest.

What an amazing portrayal. I don’t know what to do with myself now.
